Mam im practicing under an accountant + tax preparer ....he is not guiding me properly....in one year i learned only 70 percent gst , 60 percent tally and 10 percent of excel work...he is not telling me proper guide about income tax ...what should i do?? And how to learn with myself bcoz i dont have client...and from where i can learn about accounting field with myself...please guide me mam

Yes, a little bit baki you will learn during articleship only.

If we want to do some 15 to 30 days course like Financial modling, Portfolio management etc during our articleship period, will the CA firm and ICAI allows us to do so??

Yes it shiuld be allowed ..you can ask for a leave for these days or if it can be manged with articleship then it's pretty fine.
