Great kushal bhai, i am doing industrial training at Iffco i had also filled form 15 CB & came across the Section - Dtaa on Friday first time exactly understanding is important rather than just completing the work and wrote learning. Have to fill form 15 CA tomorrow (Monday). Thank you for making quite useful videos for us. Nice day :)
The principal sent me alone to one of the GST case hearing (it was refund case) I was so nervous but somehow the outcome was positive and the AO issued the refund notice, it was in 7 figures. From that day onwards i was the firms hero (you can relate). To all future articles tips Learn MS word, excel (not too advanced) Typing speed and clearly speaking that's its.

I have one query what if in future artificial intelligence will grow rapidly then in that time will CA degree became obsolete. Will CA be in demand in future or not. I don't think so that the degree of CA will become obsolete because in every company there is a need of CA to audit their accounts or to work as an advisory in many fields. CA itself comprises very vast knowledge of audit, tax, management.The signature of a CA is mandatory for every company's accounts and I don't think so that in future there will be any alternative available for this...
In a Articleship period u know so many things..which is never know earlier. Also I have a best seniors. They are helping me alot and give a guidance too. And In my office not a department system. All person do all work from basic to advance level, like finalisation of accounting, Tax audit, statutory audit, bank concurrent audit,GST Compliances, IT Compliance etc. so that I have learned all things. And I am glad to chance to do articleship in this office😇.also I have best staff in office, we all are coordinating our work with each others.
@@saifialisha397 as per my schedule. I have no issues for leave. Sir give me leave for exam preparation as i needed. and flexible timing of office. But yaa when work load is high then adjust timings otherwise i can take leave for exams as my need. Sir have no restrict me for exam preparation leaves.
I will be completing 1 year of my articleship next month. Have been working from home since day 1. I have been majorly doing only vouching and documentation work. Have not met a single person from the firm. Have not learnt any technical area during this time. Learning and communicating in a work from home has been a challenge. This pandemic has ruined my expectations of how my 1st year of articleship should have been. Have not stepped out of my bedroom for 1 year on working days. outstation audits, office parties and interacting with seniors and managers casually is a distant dream at the moment. I Hope what is to come in future is better than this🙏

In my first year of articleship, I deleted the 6/7th time prepared inter-company workpaper at 2AM in the office😅 It was so tensed that time, everyone google searched how to recover file deleted from recycle bin😂 I still laugh at that memory

I am not from big 4 From small firm .. But I got full exposure of Income tax audit GST audit Co-operative audit VAT Audit NGO audit and most importantly Because I am the only article in my office I am drafting the response to every notice in the office.... Whether it is related to VAT, GST or Income tax I always thankfull to my sir..He was very supportive to me and I learned lot of things from him...In 3 years of articleship he never shout at me never pressurized me and give study leaves.
Something I would like to suggest if someone is looking for article ship: DONT OPT FOR AUDIT/ASSURANCE OR INTERNAL AUDITS. I was assigned to these departments on rotation basis. I was constantly travelling here and there. Outstation audits may seem exiting at first but trust me you will get tired very soon. Our team barely had time to enjoy weekends. We were overworked during week-days. Had to run lectures at 2X during that time in little time we used to get. There is no stability at all. Forget social life, you barely get time for family. Its very hard to complete portion when you are constantly moving. If you get a choice, pick IDT / DT departments. Yes you will be over-worked but it will be seasonal. Studies can be planned very efficiently. I had shared similar experience with guys in mid to upper size audit firms. Also sometimes you get lazy peers who don't work efficiently adding to more stress.
Outstation audits have their own benefits though:- 1. If you stay near office, commute time saved can be used to study / take classes 2. Good experience staying alone / with team 3. In the start of your articles, you can visit different places and have some ticks in your bucket list :) ( provided you have good seniors and team ) :p
@@CAtheEasyWay Sounds good, doesn't work. Staying near office is very rare. Most of the hotels/guest houses are in city areas and factories are near industrial areas. This leads to horribly commuting. You can manage some studies in bus but its never effective. Getting a good team is also rare, as a good article is always clubbed with lower performing article or juniors (at least where I was working). Don't misjudge me, you have memories and fun but the trade off you get is just not worth it. You are busy scrambling in outstations while the peers are comfortably completing lectures. From what I have noticed, IDT & DT articles had higher passing percentage. Don't take my comment negatively, if anyone is willing to risk studies for travelling so be it.
So stupid of you to not let anyone do Internal Audit just because of these Minor inconveniences. These are all things which have to be faced by any person doing it, so why not you become the one? I absolutely love Internal Audit and am willing to sacrifice for doing so... Being a CA by forceful studies and getting the Tag is of no use if you don't love your job. I don't like Tax so why will I even choose that bruh

During my forensic audit assignment in Mumbai, the Clients Project manager had to provide us various documents. So, the project manager told me (Team Leader) that He is my Assistant (named Mustafa) and he will provide u all the required details. But he didn't. I asked for the same so many times. So, I told this to my Principal directly(forgot to tell to project manager) n after that my principal send an Email to HO Banglore stating that ur person(Project manager) not providing us details...How we're gonna complete audit😂....after that, the Project manager was shouted at me in front of all my teammates.😂😂😂 BCZ I failed to tell him(Project Manager). Rone jesa ho gya tha #Mard ko bhi dard hota he😂😂
I did huge mistakes in internal audit of a Company (Textile- 500 cr). My HOD taught me nothing. He was aagbabula, and told me to not come office from Monday.
@@Naveensh15 He literally banged his phone against the table while checking my work. Plenty mistakes and report closure was very delayed. I wasn't yet registered there. After 2 days I informed him on WhatsApp, "Sorry for mistakes sir etc etc, I will try in another firm from Monday". To be continued.
Just go to excel. Look into each and every tab and options For each and every option try to do some task in excel file. Definitely you don't have knowledge about all the option and tools. In that time use Google or TH-cam. Learn about that tool and use it This is the cheapest way to learn. It worked well for me. Hope it will help you as well

Hello bro I am in 1st year of My Article ship Joined on March 2021 and I have faced same issue we make blunder some areas We are working in some client who need Lower deduction certificate LDC and my senior told me to check whether department granted LDC to that client and client has given e filing and TRACES login credential and I have blindly used e fling login credential in TRACES portal multiple times and finally my senior only intimated manager... after I shared it with my senior and both laughed at me

During my forensic audit assignment in Mumbai, the Clients Project manager had to provide us various documents. So, the project manager told me (Team Leader) that He is my Assistant (named Mustafa) and he will provide u all the required details. But he didn't. I asked for the same so many times. So, I told this to my Principal directly(forgot to tell to project manager) n after that my principal send an Email to HO Banglore stating that ur person(Project manager) not providing us details...How we're gonna complete audit😂....after that, the Project manager was shouted at me in front of all my teammates.😂😂😂 BCZ I failed to tell him(Project Manager).

@@Naveensh15 He literally banged his phone against the table while checking my work. Plenty mistakes and report closure was very delayed. I wasn't yet registered there. After 2 days I informed him on WhatsApp, "Sorry for mistakes sir etc etc, I will try in another firm from Monday". To be continued.

Look into each and every tab and options
For each and every option try to do some task in excel file.
Definitely you don't have knowledge about all the option and tools.
In that time use Google or TH-cam.
Learn about that tool and use it
This is the cheapest way to learn.
It worked well for me.

We are working in some client who need Lower deduction certificate LDC and my senior told me to check whether department granted LDC to that client and client has given e filing and TRACES login credential and I have blindly used e fling login credential in TRACES portal multiple times and finally my senior only intimated manager... after I shared it with my senior and both laughed at me
