I have been riding at China Peak for awhile. It offers true Sierra Mountains skiing and boarding. The mid winter snow conditions are very good. Powder stashes can be found 5-7 days after a storm. There are some challenging steep sections right off the main runs. The resort has a very good vibe and many of the riders are from the Fresno and surrounding areas. All of the lifts are fixed though, so no high speed chairs.

I think they just added a new lift or upgraded one. China peak stayed open as long as possible when Covid hit. A true American resort 🗽🇺🇸
