@@dennisdischler6541 yea I understand. Once you get used to a a more contrasty image it’s hard to get used to a more flat image. But once you figure out how to work with it, there is no going back 🤣
@@darpinomedia9619 one thing I’ve noticed the colours seemed quite ‘baked in’. It doesn’t lend itself to get alternative looks. How did you get around this did you lower the saturation etc in post?
@@clevadeva Yea you just have to go a little more subtle with it. For a majority of my work I’m using any creative looks, so I prefer to keep the image natural
@@darpinomedia9619Looks amazing! I’m a new real estate agent and picked up the lumix s5iix and was going to return it as it didn’t shoot a full frame 60fps in 4K; but 1080 looks pretty damn good. I’m a novice by the way and I’m learning on the fly via TH-cam university 😂
With my a7iii, I get so much noise in darker areas when I shoot. I try to keep the iso below 1600 but even then It's bad. I noticed you have no problem in darker rooms. What am I missing ?
Hmmm, could be an exposure thing. If you underexpose it can cause some noises. If you are shooting in HLG. I typically would over expose a little bit. Like .7 to 1 stop over. Between that and making sure you aren’t crushing the shadows to much on the histogram
Hopefully this not a stupid question, but before I say that I love everything about this video...ok, so what made you choose HLG? also do you choose it for the lighting choice or all around?
No worries. Not a dumb question. I made a whole video on this. But long story short, it gives me almost as much dynamic range as slog 2 without destroying the image. th-cam.com/video/VJBlhtxeuis/w-d-xo.html
Always a great job!! I'm trying to learn how to use picture profiles properly, since you are reccording in HLG2 in this case, could you explaing how to set and use them, please??
Of course. I actually have a video on how to set up your profile. As far as exposure goes, I will usually try to just just expose between 0 and +1 on the meter. But mostly it's how it looks on the monitor for me. Sometimes the meter gets tricked and is metering for the wrong subject. A safe bet, is to try and protect the highlight you want to save and you should be able to get a great image.
Great work! Do you have a favorite LUT for th RE Videos? Thanks
Thank you 🙏. Na, I tend to keep the colors pretty neutral. Just some basic adjustments
@@darpinomedia9619 gotcha thank you. I’m struggling moving from PP3 to PP10 and getting the outcome I’m happy with.

Decent video I've subscribed.
Thank you so much!
Great footage love the backing track too!👏🏾 I’m about to start using HL2 hope I get similar results!!😉
Thank you! I’m sure you will 🤘

Great Video! Really showed how to get the little details then tie them in with the shot! Awesome!!
Thanks! Looking to put out more content soon!
Did you shoot at lot of this wide open at 2.8? Love the look and have a very similar setup minus the lens that I'm seriously considering.
Yes majority is at 2.8
What are the camera settings for this?
Quality is amazing bro 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Thanks!
Would love some insight into your editing process. I find HLG a bit tricky sometimes.
For sure. I can try to work on a video for that. Lately I've been using the curves to crush the blacks and adjust the exposure.
@@darpinomedia9619 Looking forward for that video, love your color man!
Incredible work my friend! Well shot and edited cinematic video. Keep the content coming 🔥
Thank you so much! I will
So good quality has the video, I liked the music ...
What resolution did you film in? 4K 60 FPS? Which fokus mode did you use?
Thank you 🙏. It was 60fps in 1080p and I was using zone autofocus

Wondering, do you have lots of requests of real estate to do this for them? I'm thinking of starting alike business
I do, I make a pretty good living from it.
