You may want to do some research and see if the diffs are the same on the MP7.5. If they are, then you should be able to use the diffs from the Inferno Neo or Inferno Ve, since its a "budget" version of the 7.5

Thats the difference between club stock class racing and world level open racing. Stick to the class you want to compete in.
