It will be interesting to see what effect FLUX has on Midjourney’s upcoming release of v7 that supposed to release before the end of the year, I primarily use midjourney. It’s a better overall image generator, but in some areas such as portraits It can be a bit over stylized with the human subject's, FLUX can be a bit more realistic with the subject., but FLUX can be a bit to clean if you’re trying to create a action of something like viking sequence that you need to be a-bit gritty.
Yeah I agree that Midjourney is probably more capable overall, but often over stylized. Personally I love Flux1's ability to generate realistic looking images that aren't overly stylized. We'll see what happens with MJ7, yes for sure. Not sure what you mean by Flux can be a bit to clean if trying to create an action sequence.. could you expand on this please? Best regards.
@@Jonathans-HubJam The way that I imagine it, think if you had some of your friends dress up in pirates outfits and you took digital pictures of them, then think of a Jerry Bruckheimer film or something like with all the color grading, 35mm film, lighting, post processing, etc., the output will appear drastically different, there may be a way tease it out with some text prompt, but that being said, I much prefer FLUX when it comes to portrait & realistic photography which matches more of my style.

@@94regnar ok that's really interesting. Have you actually done any of what you describe? Or are you looking for a way to achieve this? Best regards.
