Josh Hamilton was up with one man on in the 10th. BAMM! He hits a two run homer and it looked like the Rangers were going to win their first ever WS. Not to be, the TX relief pitchers freaked out, and Nelson Cruz who could hit, but was a poor fielder missed judged a deep fly. Had he caught it the Rangers win the series. He didn't and the pitchers threw in the towel. Cards win the game and the next one. Had the JH homerun stood there would be a statute of Hamilton in the park. That guy that you mentioned who tried to catch Hamilton's tossed ball in the stands that fell and died, well they built a statute for him.

My best advice is to watch them play everyday so you get a feel of each player, not what espn wants you to think. Once you learn players you’ll know what to expect when a poor pitcher is pitching against a good team and vice versa
