I love this testimonial. I am beating anxiety, PTSD and difficult living conditions right now on my own but I know I will get to the other side because I felt the energy and "the guys". How is it going now? I have bad depression and anxiety and my spouse has took up a young mistress, so I'm on my own soon and still flattened. I'm trying to grasp how to do this.
@@saintejeannedarc9460 that's a lot! I am sorry you are going through all of this 💓 I have to say that my PTSD and anxiety are pretty much gone. Of course now and then I get activated, but I can bring myself down immediately. I started out with the blessings of the energy centers meditation every day but now I switched to a yoga teacher training which teaches also the philosophy aspect and I am doing a lot of buddhist mindfulness practices like mindful breathing. Joe Dispenza is great but I needed a little bit more connection to my body. Dispenza makes me kind of fly out of my body. It brought all the good feelings, which I am grateful for and which really got me going, but my daily practice of mindfulness and yoga really ground me into my being and into being in the moment. While I write that I am reminded that I had a profound experience last week in a Dr Joe walking meditation so I guess I still also work with Dr. Joe, just not daily 😌 The most amazing thing is that I am still in difficult life circumstances, it is just that now I know I don't have to worry about anything. It is just my brain that is perceiving and imagining all this suffering when really I can just be happy in the present moment. And I am. I am truly happy which is amazing and I never thought I could get there.
@@VeroTheSensitiveYogi I can relate to much of the medical basis of the research he's done. I am Christian, so things like yoga and buddhism are off the table for me. I feel like I can almost connect to the more hopeful approach at night when I tend to feel a bit more myself and manage some hope or fleeting moments of not-sheer-misery. If many others have managed this, I'm hoping I can too.

The teachings of Christ and Buddha are not so different, actually. It's all about being present and kind in all traditions. And sometimes love and kindness for ourselves is so hard to feel but it is a practice that will lead to wholeness and wellbeing. If it is okay for you I will include you into my prayers ❤️

Yes it can be hard to offer love and kindness for ourselves, yet the God thought it crucial enough to have it as a commandment going back to the OT: Love your neighbour AS YOURSELF. Yet we tend to only see the love your neighbour part, which is pretty odd that we don't give equal billing. Broken people do esp. are prone to do that though. I'd be the Christian w/ the narrow margins lol, yet I'm not a legalist wall out locking everything out. The more I look into this, I can modify. I don't have to do the chakras approach, but relate to the neuroplasticy and science behind it. I did order the book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I'm watching his videos and started meditations. I have no idea what I'm doing yet, but I'm trusting that I'll get it and connect w/ the right healing process. Scriptures keep popping that back things Dr. Joe says. Like he says trust you are healing even though you have no proof yet. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not (yet) seen".

That was THE most beautiful story of transformation I have ever heard - she was honest and articulate and trying to portray the ways in which she stepped to each point of her cancer - good or bad. She should be a Nobel prize winner for her story and how she went about it with grace and determination. Anyone else may have opted to die at the third diagnosis. But she stood tall in her fight for health and freedom- top kudos to her for winning the fight but most of all SHARING what she did to get there so WE can say to ourselves or maybe just say it to MYSELF - you only have addictions to overcome you don't have a special monster cancer that you will have to undergo AGGRESIVE chemotherapy. You just have to go thru a bit of withdrawal that's gonna make you sick for a bit - stop your fear and conquer it like she did and finish with a win. You can do it Dana I know you can watch the inspiration AGAIN that you just witnessed on TH-cam - her beautiful miracle that can be yours too....but only if you really have an intention and a determination of grace like she did
Beautiful testimony. Monique, I think one of things that spoke to me the most was when you said you were addicted to suffering…that it was easier to sit for chemo treatments than to do the work. I can relate to this addiction. It is sneaky and pervasive. Congratulations lovely woman❤️

That was THE most beautiful story of transformation I have ever heard - she was honest and articulate and trying to portray the ways in which she stepped to each point of her cancer - good or bad. She should be a Nobel prize winner for her story and how she went about it with grace and determination. Anyone else may have opted to die at the third diagnosis. But she stood tall in her fight for health and freedom- top kudos to her for winning the fight but most of all SHARING what she did to get there so WE can say to ourselves or maybe just say it to MYSELF - you only have addictions to overcome you don't have a special monster cancer that you will have to undergo AGGRESIVE chemotherapy. You just have to go thru a bit of withdrawal that's gonna make you sick for a bit - stop your fear and conquer it like she did and finish with a win. You can do it Dana I know you can watch the inspiration AGAIN that you just witnessed on TH-cam - her beautiful miracle that can be yours too....but only if you really have an intention and a determination of grace like she did
