I find myself watching your storytime movies, originally was looking at your home buying videos, but honestly- you are really great at narrating, significantly better than the realtor content, no disrespect. I like your channel and just wanted to make mention bc I think you're a great storyteller and hope there are more to come

I remember the stories going around when cow mountain was in the conversation, had no idea just how sick these guys were. Good job.

I'm here in Linden and it's a ghost town. I thought I heard Llrona Screech at 3 a.m in the morning, Someone called the cops on her in the neighborhood they couldn't find her. I heard Linden got Ghosts I been here for 14 years. My great grandfather was a cop back in the 80s and was sent to investigate Herzogs house before. Glad he didn't run into him

I remeber being blown away by the number of victims these guys took. How does anyone become so evil? Being tortured as a child is no excuse. I live up on cow mountain & used to worry that I might find bodies stashed by these guys on our ranch.

I agree what happens in a person's childhood is no excuse. Each person is different and each person handles trauma and pain differently. The best way that I've been able to describe it is two people can go through the same situation and come out thinking two different ways. One will want to inflict the pain they felt on others whereas the other will want to protect others from that same pain. How it is people end up that way tends to do with the way their brain is wired. Certain parts of the brain don't fully develop to feel compassion, fear etc. Each circumstance is different. I am curious how exactly these guys came to become the way they are.

I grew up in Lake County in the town of Kelseyville 😢 I don’t remember hearing about this when I lived there I moved out of the area in 1989. I am now in San Joaquin County with my husband and children 😅

This story made me nauseous but these horrors must be told. Seems I recall a few bodies were recovered up there several years ago. Well told story again by a great storyteller. Cow Mountain has quite the history but not as dark as this horrible string of murders. Some say Cow Mt. was named for a herd of feral Long Horns that dwelt there back in the mid to late 1800's. They were part of a herd abandoned by Capitan Salvadore Vallejo in 1842-3 near Kelseyville where he had setup a rancho on part of a Spanish land grant he had been awarded for his service in the Spanish Army. He left Lake Co. after he slaughtered several natives, leaving behind 1k cattle. Many were later rounded up by the murderous Kelsey Brothers but some cattle got away and roamed around on "Cow Mountain" until the late 1880's. So they remained there for 4 decades!
Another event was that a meteor crashed up on Cow Mountain many years ago.
    Keep on Trucking Cheyenne! 👍

Dolly and Sherrie, my heart goes out to them and Wesley’s 2 boys. I’ll be honest the first time I ever did meth it came from them. Bobby was a pain in the ass even in grade school. He tried to choke me out on the bus one day just to see if he could.
