Hips. I’ve had hip pain since playing baseball at 10 years old. I’m 19 and have been serious in the gym for just over a year but I can hardly squat. I took 6 months off squatting because is hurt my hips too much. The lunge part of just walking would put me in pain to where I had to shorten my gait.

Hy hip has popped on the left side every time I move my leg outward since I was a kid. I've noticed that basically any exercise that stretches the lower back/legs really helps. Upsidedown hangs from the legs are absolutely amazing.
