Just took apart my GRX 810 caliper and the piston seal is a 2mm square profile with inner diameter 22mm and outer diameter 26mm. I believe it's the same piston as the RS785 but you can check out the specs online to make sure.
@@davidhoey7308 thanks for the reply, I appreciate your information. If the inner diameter is 24, wouldn’t the outer diameter then be 28? The McMaster Carr selector indicates that for square o-rings, measurement is taken as width x inner diameter.
I just refurbed my 785 calipers so this was really useful, thankyou.
No problem. Did you use the Ali Express seals?
@@Chambers36TheEnter Hiya, no. I got what appear to be the correct material seals from an eBay seller.
@@squicker Cool, good that Shimano stuff has finally gotten the spares.
What size are the piston seals? Cross Section and Outside Diameter if you know?
I'm afraid I don't have any here to check.

@@billy79521 Sorry, I wrote the wrong measurement for the ID above! The ID is 22mm. I've edited my original comment to correct this.
What is the Machine you used for this ?
It's just a battery operated tyre/tire inflator. The one I have is made by vonhaus.
i just used a tire pump, works as well, less noise
