- Today we are heading over to Attabad Lake in Hunza Valley Pakistan with my bro @harryjaggardtravel. I was shocked to find out how blue the water is here along side the towering mountains. The unique color of blue reminded me a lot of some of New Zealand's super blue lakes. This place is phenomenal and definitely worth a visit even if it is cold outside!

This lake was formed when Attabad Village in Hunza Valley had a landslide, 14 kilometres (9 mi) upstream (east) of Karimabad that occurred on 4 January 2010. The landslide killed twenty people and blocked the flow of the Hunza River for five months.

I noticed that the steering wheel over yonder has right-hand drive vehicles, unlike US that has left-hand drive vehicles, aside from USPS mail carriers because the mail boxes are on the right side of the road. is this due to the pakistan used to be a British colony?
