Listen. I used to be a pryoxis die hard. Dude gave me some good knowledge on his videos, but this. This, is knowledge. You're top 5 best in ufc 5. I also saw the videos of you owning pry and couldn't believe my eyes. Also your torturial videos are the best I've ever seen. Anyone not good at this game or if you're a good player and want to get unbelievable at this game, subscribe to nazufc dude is a wizard in this game and has literally made my game play way better, especially on the ground.

If you aren't playing as Merab there's no reason you can shoot 10+ takedowns in a round get them all defend and NOT be gassed 🤦
theres no say someone would be able to defend 10+ takedowns in a round anyway 💀 It’s still very easy to defend takedowns in this game so the updated speed in the takedowns makes no difference
@@okdexxbecause your supposed to setup your takedowns.. Ofc it’s going to be easy to defend shoots especially when you’re spamming them and not using striking to set them up…
@@TwinIsrael I never said anything about spamming. If you played ranked you would know how easy everyone defends takedowns even when you set it up, You can time the takedown while your opponent throws a full 5 piece combo and they will still deny it. I don’t play quick match
@@TwinIsrael This forces players to initiate clinch takedowns and become cheesy because regular single and double legs are too easy for everyone to deny
@@okdexx you've never seen Yan vs Merab Or Merab vs José if you think someone can't stuff 10 takedowns in a round.
I like that bigger creators are talking about clinch spam, there's really not too much you can do about it
i miss ufc 3 clinch system so much man, way more realistic and way more in depth transitions like the ground game… really hope they rework it in this game or ufc 6 at least
Insane that there's still no clinch denial. UFC 3 had it, along with a much cleaner looking and balanced system with kickboxers initiating the muay thai clinch.
Worst part is that you could land a hook or even an uppercut, and not only can the spammer absorb the damage, there's still a chance they'll get the clinch. As things stand, anything other than a jab should have a super high chance of rocking or dropping anyone caught in the middle of that stupid clinch animation. Makes sense as it leaves them completely exposed.
This is exactly why I like Ufc 3 the most, I don’t play online too often but the gameplay besides the strong block & the clinch system was more in depth & some players didn’t like as well which sucks
Embarassing. Its ufc 5 but u cant deny a simple clinch. Ea just want to give spammer what they want

I can stand for it & say the same when fighting certain rivals, their play style is WAYYY different compared to fighting other ppl. That’s simply your opponent being a h** / keeping it clean ain’t the wave for ranked especially when you grinding W’s. Gotta bring that dawg out 😂

They need to patch letting the fighter let go of his submission as soon as the bell rings at the end of the round. I’ve won and lost so many times ea fix it
I know it’s not going to change and I have to learn to live with this 😭 but I think they should take away input delay because my reaction time is fairly fast and when I try to react to punches when they go head body, I swear I press block body after they go head but it just doesn’t happen. I think if I have good reaction time then I should be winning more, but input delay kind of ruins it for me.

People do this to me all the time and I unintentionally do it myself sometimes. It seems like a cop out they put in the game for bad players
So in that situation he held block and flicked Right Stick to the left because my legs are on the left (he would flick right if I was on other side). Plz note you’ve gotta be fast Bcuz the arm trap prompt is only available for the first couple frames.
I recommend reacting with anticipation or try guess in desperate situations. Don’t get to dwelled on the arm trap.
Easiest way i saw to counter these guys is to lunge away and it prepositions them to the cage instead

Great vid really insightful, but this guy wasnt really that cheesy? He just seemed to want to get the fight to the ground which is reasonable given the matchup. Majority of his 11 takedowns in the first were fake takedowns he was spamming as a joke.
But yeah i agree clinch is absolutely horrible in this game, there is no one way to beat it. Each exchange in the clinch seems like a coin toss to see who comes out on top, whoever strikes first wins

It’s only when Someone Has find out a way to beat you that all of the sudden it’s a “ bad fighting style” when easily someone could say the same thing about how you fight. If your mad about it just find out a way to stop or avoid it then
Guessing you didn’t watch the video, I stopped him and I’ve beat him many times before. Still very frustrating knowing someone of his skill calibre can give me a close match abusing techniques because the stamina and game allows for it. We just need to make EA aware of it….

@@onetime138 not trying to blow my own trumpet but I’m one of the best players in the world. Just because I can beat him doesn’t mean he isn’t cheesing. Many players will struggle against a style like that and it shouldn’t be the case.

@darsrevenge Naz uses ufc combos which requires skill, this guy uses exploits in the game which is completely different, surely u can understand that
EA won’t patch anything…that’s why I deleted the game few days ago, I’m done with this game for some time

Doesn’t matter how much practice you get in on this game. It’s up your opponent to not fight like a b**** & Exploit / Unfortunately majority of the community is filled with players with this playstyle, better or worse.
Brothers I finally bought ufc5 looks clean . But damn I just cant get in to it . ufc4 was my most played ea ufc game if imma start playing im with it for at least 3 hours straight . I swear to god I cant play ufc 5 more then 20 minutes . AND WHAT ON EARTH they did with non existing alter egos what is ACTIVE even mean !!! Damn it I love the fact that you get different version stats AND APEARENCE of a fighter and boy oh boy I scloll down to every fighter in the game and most of them.had or ACTIVE alter ego with absolutely the same looks or something else but the same looks I HATE IT. im perfectionist and I wanted them to have fighter select screen you choose a fighter and then there is different looking version of him like Conor or Jones but man that I just straight up hate now in ufc5. Obviously I will give it a try but this is actually disappointing. Glad I can always go back to ufc4.
