- This is a fun, easy two-for-one project. Using drywall tape like a stencil I painted backgrounds for encouragement cards, gift tags, or collage clusters. Bonus: I can use the painted drywall tape in other projects as well!

If no one else has said it, Art glitter glue was developed to glue down glitter. The company used to have so lovely fine glitters. Love your techniques!
Beautiful. Got some drywall tape today. Going to give it a go tomorrow. 😁 Thank you for your wonderful ideas.
This could also be fun with some Color Flash paints! Thanks for the great tutorial!

Fantastic! I have had an odd end of drywall tape kicking around my workshop for aaaaages and I kinda knew it would be useful but hadn’t come up with anything. Gonna do this after lunch today 👍😊
Glad it was helpful!
So pretty!! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity!! ❤ I can’t wait to try this! Amazingly I have been cleaning and reorganizing my playroom and came across this drywall tape😂 great use for it!! I may even try doing a bit of sewing instead of the black pen😊❤
I think the sewing would look great! I'll have to try that too!
Really inspiring -- love how the project turned out! TFS :)

Loved this video.
Thank you!!
This is great. I've been using drywall tape in my collages but never thought about the print it left behind when I repainted them.
Me too! It makes perfect sense that it would work as a stencil. I just never thought about it before. I was like, duh. I figured everyone knew this but me! LOL!!
I use the grey drywall tape. Guess which one I will be using next. Merci😊
Perfect!
Thank you for sharing. I am going out for dry wall tape!😊
Have fun!
Thank you for the free class! Is it available to rewatch? Another thing those heartish shapes flowers are a stamp?
Yes, the class is still available to watch. I didn't use any stamps. I just punched out shapes and drew in lines and details with a felt tip pen.
I love this video ❤ Thank you for sharing ❤

I love using drywall tape. It’s so great to layer and use on spooky canvases or tags for Halloween too! 🎃
Great idea!! When I can't quite find the right piece of paper to layer, the drywall tape is usually my go to.
I have been trying to figure out how to use drywall tape for 3 years. Thank you sooo much for this video!

Adding trip to HomeDepot to today’s list of errands. Great idea!
