I think you may find this is a band width problem. There is only so much information can be sent through the transmitter on a given camera. If you exceed the design limit you will get a poor or intermittent image and maybe no longer be able to receive from or communicate with the camera. They may be designed to support repeater function but there will be limits. A manual reset and using lower resolution or different protocols for video encoding may help. Great video though!

I ran into this very issue this morning 11/28/2019 and I managed to correct the "TOO MUCH INFORMATION" error message and got my troubled camera back online. So I will share it with you: 1. Click on Video Manage 2. Highlight the channel that's showing "to much information". 3. Click on Manual Edit. 4. The channel in question should be showing on this screen, so log in using your password then click REBOOT. This will reboot the problem channel/camera ONLY and it should reconnect and come online. I hope this helps EyOnAiman I will let you make the video showing (hopefully) that this works. Or at least it did for me. Good Luck
I fixed this issue by deleting the camera and then adding it back in by using the original IP address. It worked straight away. Hope this helps someone
Hey in regards to the WiFi comment & you stating that your router has 5G, the 5G signal interferes with other WiFi signals in your home & not a lot of people know this. I worked for an internet company that installed a wireless internet service. Customers always complained that their service was bad, we'd troubleshoot then find out it's because they had a dual band router. As soon as they turned off their 5G band (which not everyone uses or needs) their service was back up and running. I've installed 3 of these security cameras & currently dealing with this for a customer where they have a dual band router near their NVR, & my thoughts are that this 5G signal is interfering with the signal that is being sent out to the other cameras. I hope this information helps people with these systems, if interested I'm installing oossxx system they are ALLLL the same system with different company names.
The camera closest to my NVR (Camera 1) was suddenly showing as "Too Much Connection" and I tried some of the ideas listed here. It is also located outside just across the wall from where my main router is located. Re-watching the attempt to get the repeater set up gave me an idea. I set a more distant camera (Camera 2, also front of the house, but about 30 feet away) to act as a repeater for the one not working (Camera 1) and it seems to have corrected that error.
About every 3-4 weeks out of the blue on my hiseeu it resets to default settings... volume goes up, camera and detection etc. settings go to just how it was out of the box. Any help or ideas? Thanks you do a great job!
I had this with my PoE camera's for Sannce. Turned out I had my bitrate too high for all my camera's that was causing the DVR to struggle. lowering the Bitrate stopped the "Too much connection" for me.
I have a triband router and 4 access points around the house, as well as a wifi repeater. This is all independent of the nvr, 4 smonet repeaters, and 8 cameras. None of the cameras are connected to the nvr, all go through cat5 to the smonet repeaters which is 8 inside somewhere close to the cameras. Use a wifi analyzer app and make sure everything's not on the same wifi channel. Spread out the different devices onto different channels. Today I'm getting "record error" messages on it and am trying to figure it out. All systems seem to be operating. Smonet/ Hiseeu same thing btw. I've seen it under different brands as well with identical interface and equipment.
Problem I’m having. Nvr is connected to WiFi and hard wire also from internet box. But can’t get the iCloud to go online. Keeps saying offline. Anyone had this problem before?
Hi, I believe this just means that the camera cannot connect to the NVR. There are many reasons why this could happen, so I recommend asking customer service!
This worked for me. Basically the same advance as Harold Rogers. Only difference is had to add my password in the camera edit then after reboot I had to remove my password. 1. Log in to NVR with your password 2. Click Video Manager 3. Highlight channel with too much connection 4. Click manual edit 5. In the box that says password enter yours and then click ok 6. Reboot NVR & enter your password 7. Now the camera will say something about authenticity fail 8. Highlight the camera and in the box you put your password simply back space until your password is gone 9. Hit OK 10. My camera popped on the screen as soon as I did this. Hope it helps!

this fixed my issue for a wired camera displaying "too much connection" Thank you.
I tried that vyt it says "setup failed!" arrggghh
You must have newer firmware then me. My system does not have the reboot IPC button.
Reboot IPC worked for me, thank you so much!

Hi, Great video! Any Ideas on how to reset a camera that does not have a reset button?

The last time I checked on eyeonaiman's was about 9 years ago .Dah besar dh aiman ni
Thank you for returning to watch my videos after 9 years :-)
Can I connect the cameras using a existing WiFi network instead of the one generated by the NVR?
sometimes this message shows up (too much connection) than goes back to normal without doing anything to it.
I manually changed the IP address in the settings and that seemed to work.
How do you connect it to WiFi ?
Problem I’m having. Nvr is connected to WiFi and hard wire also from internet box. But can’t get the iCloud to go online. Keeps saying offline. Anyone had this problem before?
