David did a great job here in TnT. He ate in different spots, diverse food selection, ate with different host and sometimes without the hat on but the one consistent thing in all the videos was the band aid on his finger.
Now everything makes sense, there is a process to KFC in Trinidad and Tobago. That's why it tastes so good. Proud that Hot and Spicy and the Zinger was born and breed here. Jillan you did an amazing job well done too.
i worked in a KFC express at Madison Square Garden in the 90s and your correct its not as perfect as this as it was busy all the time specially with sporting events and all kinda shows daily so don't believe the hype i moved back to Trinidad as a adult an its true our KFC is the best

Wowwwww!!!..now David this is a very pleasant surprise! I don't know whose idea it was to introduce to the world's best kfc but Gawd I am glad they did. Our chicken is by far the best and the flavours are second to none. Since migrating to the US, and after eating the kfc here (crap) noting how small the birds are, I yearn for my trini KFC. Yes our ketchup, mustard and pepper sauce are by far the world's greatest gift to mankind. Zingers are waaay better than any commercial branded chicken sandwiches in the US. David please do go back and njoy carnival and more food that you haven't eaten yet.

I experienced this recently when I was leaving for vacation in Florida. Boarded Caribbean Airlines and the smell that hit me when I walked onto the plane is like I now walked into a KFC restaurant 😎 Every passenger seems to be taking back a couple buckets of KFC.
When I was a kid I would beg my grandma to buy KFC and bring it with her on the plane when she came to visit. The chicken and ketchup from TnT just hits differently.
So glad Jillian was here in this video with David, it was so refreshing!!! KFC is a Trini staple but it would've been good if he also got to try Royal Castle, the local flavour!

Trinis love our KFC, when I first heard about KFC being at the bottom for Americans, I was shocked I think Trinidad has the most KFCs in the world for our size, and no matter how much they build they always full I think my ultimate fry chicken meal would be Yardie KFC BbQ/Barbi - Fry thigh; Trini KFC spicy leg, cole slaw, corn; with Royal Castle fries and Church's Chicken Biscuit And then it would be Trini KFC Zinger and Popcorn chicken What I love about Caribbean KFC is that each one has something special about it and the food always tastes good So happy you plan to visit next year
The technology has changed but not the methods so much. But it's been over 40 years since I worked there. Those pressure cookers look much safer nowadays. We used to make by BBQ with leftover fried chicken....

The technology has changed but not the methods so much. But it's been over 40 years since I worked there. Those pressure cookers look much safer nowadays. We used to make by BBQ with leftover fried chicken....
