All these civil claims seem more than often not to have been reviewed through the police complaint process and found to be unfounded. Surely that raises huge concerns for the process. The percentage that even reach the level of an investigation is minute. The public is becoming more aware of this corruption and are fed up.

So I just experienced an attempt to infringe my right and was harassed by SFPD. So my vehicle while parked on side street was rammed into by another vehicle. On arrival I was requested to identify myself. I explained my rights and my disinterest of having my id information on the report. After several more intents of ID and lies of the traffic law and matter of insurance, registration and police reports regarding of out of state vehicles, the highschooler in uniform threatened to have my vehicle towed if he didn't get the information. After a talk with a supervisor, he tuck his tail and drove away without it. Surprisingly enough, gave me nothing of the other driver for which after some effort of mine still obtained through other methods. Definitely unprofessional and vengeful POS. Good work PNHN!!
Springfield is a dangerous city. I'm from Spencer Mass and I used to do driving for a living bringing people to the doctor's appointments and I had to drive out there and no I'm all set. Some of the areas I had to go to were not so good
