Slowly, but surely, we are transforming our English country style house into a home. Lately, I've been focusing on transforming our traditional English country style boot room or mudroom with lots of budget friendly vintage decor so the original character of our home is not lost. This video is about our coat rack area. I organise storage on our existing shelves, build a shelf for shoes, and use thrifted antiques and original artwork to add character while making sure this room not only looks beautiful but maintains its vintage character and functions for our busy family.

Thank you! I used the same colour that I used on the walls, which is Pigeon by Farrow and Ball. It's a lovely blue-green!
