Just passing on some of the things which helped me during flying for hour building to hopefully make the jump to CPL standard less steep! I was a modular student and did all my flight training part-time. This helped me grow as a pilot during pilot training/flight training. The main aircraft/aeroplane type I flew for hour building was PA28. I did my hour building whilst ATPL distance learning before my MEIR. I was also modular!

Another great video , what did you find most challenging about CPL. I know you mentioned you did ATPLs with fulltime work, can you make a video at some point on some tips on tackling it how you balanced it with work etc
Peter- thanks again. For CPL I found once you get your head around to the fact there is no right or wrong answer - they are just looking for you to show leadership and captaincy and have a logical way of working through problems and know where to find information, all is well. Practically I found it tricky to fly IR tolerances but with your head being expected to be mostly outside looking for other planes 😅

@@kcthepilot7719 I don't have any questions as such but maybe include information on how you can prepare yourself as much as possible before a flight, such as weather, understanding the information on the plates, proper fuel planning, diversions, the set up of the aircraft for an approach. Also, maybe include some info regarding the IR(R) and the the CB IR as going down this route can get you a full IR in a slightly cheaper way.
Thanks a lot for that @Elliot Marr - you made some good points I hadn't considered. I got my IR via the CB IR route - great shout with that one. I'll follow on with an IR vid in the coming days incoorporating all of that. Cheers again!!

Hi I’m 18 and looking to begin my ppl this summer. I’m confused with what to do after and the costs. Firstly should I got for a cpl or should I start an integrated atpl. If cpl is the next step, then I have to build certain hours to meet the requirement correct? How much will this approximately cost on top of the initial cost of the cpl ? I want to be an airline pilot.
