Throughout this whole video I was praying Frieza's punishing rush would be here, but I started to lose hope around #3, wondering if it was worse in BT3 than in BT2. Instead I find the opposite is true, and Frieza gets the most impressively arrogant rush in the game, appropriate for the character that held the undisputed title of "strongest in the universe" for the longest time.
Wait, are you being serious? Goku and Gohan staying in SSj in the days leading up to the Cell Games was some of the most important training they did. It allowed them to fight in SSj as if they were fighting in base. As in no energy drain and they were able to tap into all the power of the form. This state is most commonly referred to as Full Power Super Saiyan and is stronger than the transformations shown by Vegeta and Trunks earlier.
The Broly movie came out on March 6th 1993. Goku's fight with Cell first aired on March 10th 1993. While the comic was further ahead for a source, you dont get into what the anime hasnt already done. So that brings up questions of if it was even the Goku that had mastered how to use SSj or not yet. Which of course would throw everything off.
I very much enjoy the sheer disrespect in Frieza's rush. The casual no look backhand and then a tailwhip into the ground without so much as a glance. He isnt even entertained, hes just going through the motions.

Raging Blast's Meteor Combination is even better in my opinion since they added a more dynamic camera and more kicks to it. My guess is that if Omega makes a top 10 Rush attacks of Raging Blast, it will come back to the list.
If you look at Broly's fights and then Cell's its rather clear who the stronger one is. The problem here is Broly is constantly being overestimated in his strength. Evidence of this is the opening to the game where it seems Gogeta is needed to beat him.
my two favorite rushes in BT3: Meteor Smash(Mid Goku SSJ, not that shit that End Goku base has) and Meteor Combination. though I have to say they fucked it up for Raging Blast 1 and 2, Meteor Combination is still epic as fuck in those games, but Meteor Smash is just bad, mostly cuz: 1. it's three hits, 2. all the epic camera angles and tons of hits from BT3 are gone. and 3. doesn't do as much damage nor as fun to use. I cannot fucking wait till I unlock Meteor Combination in RB1 and RB2 though, that damn attack is AWESOME!
Something you missed with Bardock's attack though Omega. The fact that at one point in the attack, when he's sending them directly upwards, there is a kick to the groin. That was a big part of the attack in the last game and in my opinion, still is in this one. DBZBT2- 4 Kicks to the groin. DBZBT3- 1 Kick to the groin(But it's still there) Bardock grabs their head, and flips around them to give a little extra power to his attack. In the last game he just appeared behind them and pounded away.

He faced Gohan at super saiyan 2, but Gohan's power decreased dramatically; he was nowhere near the power level he was at when he fought Cell (as confirmed by Vegeta during their time in Babidi's ship). Broly's power constantly increasing is a groundless assumption.

okay so 1st of all ssj increases power level by 50 times & ssj2 makes you twice as strong. there were 4 ssj & 1 super namekian fighting broly do the math if gohan's base power level is 10 his ssj will have a power level of 500 & his ssj2 form will have a power level of 1000. so by combining the power of all these 5 guyz each having power level of 500 we get a power level of 2500. goku focused all the energy in punch which damaged broly's heart and a blow like that to cell will not do any harm to him because he can regenerate.

also remember that cell was meant to be the final villain in the manga/anime(although they couldve done filler villains in the show if the manga was indeed finished then) so cell was supposed to be the strongest/invincible villain and that no one except gohan could compete with him , he was supposed to replace goku as the earth's savior after all, so wen akira announced that the story would continue, cell was scaled down in power and thus more movies could be made and broly was introduced
She fought them when they were SSj and they seemed to be at about the level Vegeta was at when he fought 18. They certainly didnt show they were at the level of Super Vegeta which would mean they werent as strong as Second Form Cell and you can see where it goes from here.
