Golly I totally know this feeling - I did a similar fun event with a carnival and lots going on and we were inside the city’s arena and it was a total flop for me and other wholesome handmade gift vendors but the booth with the racy tumbler prints did really well with the drinking crowd. 😮😅😂 i feel you.
I just love watching you! ❤️ You crack me up, Victoria. It’s too bad this event wasn’t what you expected, but at least you sold some of the makes you’ve had for a while. 😁
Yes I am glad those went to a home! I have done 6 markets now and they all have taught me different lessons. And I am so excited to share more! Thanks for watching ☺️
Your set up looks great! Keep up the hustle and it will pay off because your makes are beautiful! I can’t wait til the fall to sell my stuff since the fall and before Christmas are way more profitable for me. Love your videos! 🫶😘
Love the goat impressions, you missed your calling my friend lol Also all fragrances give me a headache too so I know exactly what you mean... I love them because the smell so good but almost instant headache.😢
Hey 🥰 , love your little mermaids! May i ask where you purchase your bags from that you put them in ? Also, thanks for sharing the links for the patterns. Think i need to make me a weiner dog too ! So cute ❤
Girl! I do enjoys your videos! You make me giggle! Looking forward to more. So glad you had a good second day at the fair. Also, would you happen to have a link for your banner stand that you put on your tables?
Yes! Honestly I gotta stop getting in my head about other crocheters there because my products will sell if people like them. That’s why I try to have different patterns on my table but ya gotta make what sells too.. it’s always a gamble
@@ComfortLoops so true! We all have a different styles that show through our work. We gotta find ourselves & create stuff we are excited about whether it's popular or not. I think how you represent your brand is what seals the deal. People like the experience.
I am curious why crocheters only count the hours that they are vending and divide their gross that way. But really you should count the hours it takes to create as well. So really your not making $27 an hour. Really your making more like $12 an hour or so ( of course depends on how long it takes you to crochet everything). Right???
I think I did it that way because I would be crocheting regardless. I’ve been in the hobby for over 10 years and only this year have started doing the markets. I could take into account the time it took for me to make the items that ended up selling, but I do the markets more for getting me out of the house because I stay home with my kids all day and I would be crocheting anyways regardless of doing shows or not. But definitely a factor!

Thank you for watching! Yes I can add that to my description, I am starting an Amazon list soon so hopefully I can out everything in one spot 😜
My last market had 6 crocheter vendors with plushies. It was oversaturated but luckily i still did well. It made me so nervous though.

Girl get you a fly swatter!! 😂😂
What do you have your banner hanging on? I've been looking for anything for mine. Love your videos, you make me laugh! ❤
It’s a party rod thing I think? I got it off Amazon! I linked it in the description ☺️
We have a family expo over here kinda like that with activities, I heard no one buys and kids steal stuff.
Oh that sucks! Yes maybe avoid that show, have you attended before?
No it's one you have to pay to get in then I didn't attend as a vendor because I was like $10 short of the vendor fee.
