+FoundMyFitness Speaking on vitamin C and wanting it's therapeutic oxidative effects. I remember Dr Gary Gordon talking about his patented version of oral vitamin C that allows for therapeutic dosing in the 4-16+ grams or more dose orally without gut upset. It also has very good absorption something like around 60% even in mega doses because it's absorbed through 4 pathways. He said 4grams + is the magic number to hit with it for therapeutic dosing for it's oxidative effects. It also according to tests he said it lasts around 10 hours in the bloodstream vs the total 3-4 for normal which means you only dose morning and night which is huge too. Wondering what your thoughts are on it in any regard because it's such a unique product. www.888vitality.com/product/A1000-VITALITYC/Vitality-C-200-grams/
Not worth watching for Lyme Disease, I have it and he really plays it down quite a bit. I had Lyme meningitis and I eat a very nutrient dense diet, no garbage. I've repopulated my gut, and a year later I was just tested for Lyme and sure enough, once you have tested positive you will always test positive. So did my friend who has always eaten very well. She's been ill for over three years now. My neighbor was diagnosed with it last year also. Upstate NY it is an epidemic and the CDC doesn't want to admit that it exists.
So interesting to hear about Tim's hypothesis of antibiotics and carb intolerance. I was on rounds and rounds of antibiotics for chronic sinusitis and various episodes of bronchitis and pneumonia. This all happened after the birth of my first child when (I think) I may have had a massive zinc loss from giving birth because I couldn't taste or smell anything for over three months. I didn't know anything about nutrition, minerals, the need to repopulate the gut, etc. Long story short: ended up with systemic candida that almost killed me, Severe chronic fatigue, not able to stay awake past 4pm, brainfog galore. I have genetic markers for celiac disease and gluten intolerance. I've never had problems with wheat or gluten until the heavy rounds of antibiotics. I avoid all gluten-containing grains and I'm happiest when I get my carbs from vegetables and legumes only. I fought my way back to much better health, It took me five years but along the way I have learned so much, nobody can dupe me into taking any pharma crap anymore. I'm taking full responsibility for my own health and have stayed away from doctors for five years. No stepping it up and learning about ketosis. Just completed my first 36 hr water fast (full moon), I'll get myself a glucose and ketone meter for the next fast in two weeks (new moon). Thanks for all the wonderful interviews you post, Dr. Patrick, I'm learning a lot!
I was diagnosed with Lyme 2 years ago. I never took antibiotics and eventually felt every known symptom possible, most notably the ones they mentioned. Hence, late stage Lyme symptoms, at least my own, can manifest with a perfectly healthy gut biome. The keto diet does help though, mostly because it’s anti-inflammatory.
I also refused antibiotics. I did herbal supplements. And they worked but I got so tired of pills and cost. I decided to do longish fasts 3-7 days. And that is working great for me. I keep symptoms negligible. Not sure it is gone but also dealing with mercury toxicity.
Same here. Have been treating my Lyme & coinfections without antibiotics to help keep my microbiome healthy. From my research it doesn’t seem like long term antibiotics are the answer it can make you more sick in the long run. There’s nothing wrong with my gut microbiome according to multiple stool tests, yet I still have late stage symptoms.. neuropathy, fatigue, gi issues. Keto diet didn’t help much for me, but eating as low inflammatory, gluten free, dairy free, paleo is a must just to keep myself together. I agree keeping the gut microbiome is important. But there are other factors that come into play regarding someone who faces chronic debilitating symptoms. For example, I got bit 5 years prior to getting debilitatingly ill & that was due to moving into a bedroom that had a high amounts of mold & mycotoxins. Many layers to this illness & so difficult to understand. I have seen too many doctors over the last 3.5 years trying to figure out why my health derailed.. I just wish there were more answers & validation for those who suffer from this long term.
If you suspect Lyme, I highly recommend consulting an ILADS doctor! Some of what he has to say may be valid, but quite a bit of suspect information......
Awesome interview! Really enjoyed this. For myself personally, keto launched an entire interest for me in micronutrients, gut health etc. Because of the emphasis on getting your electrolytes and nutrients given limiting certain foods. I found myself going down the Google hole regarding vitamins and minerals, gut health, exercise etc. Obviously there's those that just eat nothing but bacon and eggs all the time and their focus is weight loss not health. But I think there's a lot of people that, keto has launched an interest and focus on overall health. I mean I was always getting 8-10 servings of fruits and vegetables but was riddled with inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases. Now I've cut fruit with the exception of blueberries and get about 5-6 servings of veggies a day and feel better than I have in over 20yrs. I also never would've considered eating nutrient dense meats like liver and heart but now I've added it to my diet. I've cut basically all grains but will add ground flax, ground hemp, adaptogens like maca root or ginger, to a green smoothie. I'm really focused on getting my omega 3s and cutting down on my intake of 6s. Getting my magnesium potassium vitamin D vitamin C. Getting enough fish and healthy fats. Did away with canola oil and switched to avocado oil, increased olive oil. Introduced avocado and MCT oil to my diet. I'm eating a more nutrient dense diet than I ever have, and eating less. As a result my crohns disease is non-existent, my chronic pain from Arthritis is gone. I know the results aren't just cutting carbs and sugar. But the introduction of keto put me down a research hole that lead to being cognizant of what my body needs and overall nutrition. It also made me focus more on how my body feels, and listening to it. No more accepting that, I'm sick, I have diseases, it's just the way it is. Everybody is different. Every body is different. We all have different tolerances and reactions to foods. What's working for one person may not work for me and vice versa. Having my quality of life back is something I am inherently grateful for. Will I be on Keto forever? I don't know, I may reintroduce some foods on a moderate level. But right now I find geto highly beneficial and extremely easy to do. No problem with energy. No cravings. Limited hunger.
When I got Lyme's ketogenic diet became so hard!! The carb craving never left despite the time. Keto was easy before, but with Lyme's I was craving carbs so much. Eating foods I never crave or rarely touch. Donuts! If I would eat two donuts a year I would be surprised. With Lyme's I was wanting to eat so many unhealthy foods that I never wanted before. Doing longer fasts helped a lot but still a bit hard to do keto/carnivore.
A lot of ignorance and false assumptions regarding Lyme here. Would like to see Rhonda interview a long time specialist such as Dr. Burrascano and/or Dr. Raphael Stricker. These men have successfully treated some of the most complex/famous cases of Lyme and can provide much more information than the random assumptions made by Ferriss.
dn a -agreed, Ferris viewpoint completely differs from my experience with Lyme, Co-infections and viruses. He never mentioned neurological problems such as CDIP, and balance issues, cognitive, nervous system pain and damage that feels like nerve gas!.
This guy means well but I hate the arrogance and I have a tough time listening to anyone who sits cross legged on a couch.🙄 That said, I think fasting and a keto based diet may help because it deprives the bacteria of sugar.
Or dr Horowitz, or jemsek, etc. I also tried keto for my neurological chronic Lyme disease and it crashed my system so bad. Completely back fired on me. Taking exogenous ketone salts though, like the pruvit brand etc, did give me noticeable improvement in cognition and energy. I just can’t do actual metabolic ketosis. Most with severe Lyme have adrenal dysfunction and going into ketosis increases your stress hormones.
I love your interview style. It lends itself to a different dialogue, unique insights, and personal experiences that I don't hear in other interviews/podcast. It's more of a conversation and I get to be a fly on the wall. Thank you for sharing your conversations and the wealth of knowledge. One question: In general, how often should women cycle out of ketosis? I've only been in ketosis for 3 months but I don't want to damage my thyroid/disrupt my hormones (43 yr old). I can't find any studies in this area. It seems highly individual. If it is an individual thing, what biomarkers, or body signs do we look for to determine best keto-cycling practice?
6 years later reply here. Dr. Mindy Pelz on TH-cam focuses on fasting for women. (Not the ketosis in the question though.) (Depends if they’re menstruating, pre-menopausal, or post-menopausal). IIRC, estrogen & testosterone love fasting. Progesterone struggles during fasts. She has scheduling tips that I can’t remember them all.
the lyme story was interesting; so many people fundamentally misunderstand how infections work. the idea that once you get rid of the bug you must be fine. ... no. that assumes the bug did no damage while alive - because all you took was a substance to kill it, not fix you. like being hit by a car - if your legs breaks it will then heal. whether it heals properly is a different question. you can be knocked off centre as it were by a trauma or infection that then isn't resolved properly. it doesn't mean the cause is still active, it just means the cause did enough damage to re-centre a given aspect of your body that may now be defective and unable to repair.
Dr. Patrick, there's an intriguing body of evidence on meditation, including fMRI's performed on monks, that you might gain value from in the literature. Practicing it yourself will help you as a scientist, partner, and new mother (which can be an overwhelming experience on the best of days!). Thank you for your addition to the public conversation on diet, aging, and health. I've learned so much from you.
GIving women anti-depressants (SSRIs and tricyclics) for pelvic pain is extremely common. I had this shoved in my face for years before a doctor actually did a laparoscopy and discovered endometriosis. The surgery lasted more than 4 hours. Honestly, I hear this so often that I think they're taught to treat women like this. They also do the same thing with IBS patients, women more than men.
Don't worry, men get shafted by anti depressants too. In two cases I know of it directly resulted in suicide (which by the way men make up like 90% of cases).
Burning ketones has been the key to regaining my health and losing 40lb of fat. My brain power has increased and all this happened in 5 months. I have been in nutritional ketosis for 5 months. My biomarkers are very good and I feel amazing!
I was in a bad place 5 years ago. I had an event with MRSA and I believe my high insulin was instrumental in creating this event. Too many carbs very driving my health problems and I was quickly declining in health with several issues and keto was the path back to health!
I love your work Rhonda. I thought it was very interesting that you told random people jokes to help get over your fear of public speaking. Very helpful video
As clever as this conversation sounds and by the way I love watching Tim and Rhonda I don’t think you can outsmart the human body. I believe a balanced diet, exercise, sleep and a happy life is all your body needs to live a long and healthy life. It’s definitely good to experiment though but I’m not sure it’ll actually do much. Just my personal opinion and with all the masses of information out there it’s probably not such a bad idea to just keep things simple.
I live in Maine. I did get diagnosed with Lyme. It sucks (and yes, saying "spirochete" is very fun). I was totally incapacitated. I should say I was undiagnosed for almost an entire year. I took doxycycline and supplemented with probiotics as well as lots and lots of green veggies. No sugar. I'm way, way better but my body has never been the same. Five years later, and I'm still trying to get back to normal.
It’s been 4 years for me and I have the same story. Started treatment with a LLMD in November 2020 and I am finally making progress, feel better than I have since my life was upended in 2017. Interesting talk, but they’re both way off the Mark regarding Lyme Disease.
1:00:35 Microdosing! Psilocybin microdosing seems like it may be a perfect companion to sensory deprivation, I'd love to hear a follow up on this, Tim.
Your tolerance for Psilocybin rises dramatically, quickly. I'm not sure how good it would be for microdosing. If you took a noticeable dose you would probably not notice any effects after 2 or 3 days.
Yeah, Dr Patrick seems to have dolled up a bit for Tim with the hair and all. Good look for her i must say. And yes she seems a bit smitten by him overall.
Hokey dokey. As a fairly recent practitioner of ketosis and intermittent fasting and follower of you both along with Dom D, Pete Attia, Mark M and Ted Naiman, et al, my #1 main concern and focus right now is on inflammation of the gut - weathering the disruption in the gut biome plus the weird lack of waste byproducts. It conflicts with all the good stuff happening simultaneously. This is what I hear from both of you too though not necessarily dealing with the same co-morbidities. I'm def experiencing restoration of cognitive excellence, increased longevity, sustained weight loss accompanied by no loss in lean muscle mass. It's both wondrous and disorientating, like discovering patients in the asylum treating the mainstream doctors whom we suspected were all fíng nutz. Okay I'm 73 yr old former runner, an 11 yr stroke survivor who woke up paralyzed in a Bauby moment, was supposed to die and walked out of rehab 3 months later. It took another six months before I came to my senses and threw out all prescribed meds, regained control of BP and now I don't even take aspirin. No I'm not bragging. I don't know what to believe anymore. I'm completely confused. My brain and waistline say stay the course, but the gut says don't buy into the hype just yet. Am I going to have to get an MS in biochemistry just to keep up?
+Doctor Ni Una Dieta Más At the point of recording this video I hadn't done enough research on it, but I've been continuing to read up on it, and, like you, I'm increasingly interested in the topic as well.
I agree with hesitating to dose on drugs that manipulate biological signaling and interfere with natural regulation. My opinion is, that the body already knows what to do, we just need to give it what it needs, and it's better to hack it as little as possible. It's better to learn its natural design and preferences. Problems and conditions that happened over 20 years of choices, will not be easily fixed with a pill. I just feel like this is good sense. One report says that an unacceptable level of a probable carcinogen (cancer-causing agent) was found in some extended-release metformin tablets. For users with kidney problems, Lactic acidosis is a rare but serious problem that can occur due to a buildup of metformin in your body. It’s a medical emergency that must be treated right away in the hospital.
I've lost 150lbs in 2 years on the ketogenic diet and feel healthier and more energetic than ever. However, I have had lots of problems with irritable bowels since switching to keto. I just recently started trying out probiotics and I plan to try vsl3 soon because of this podcast and the latest one you did with Joe rogan. Just started following your work and I've already found so much useful information. I'm looking forward to more content from you.
and BTW Tim doesnt come across as a Narcisist!( i think i mespelled it) he seems like a genuine nice cool guy to me and would be honored to meet him one day
Concerning 25:30, Hi Tim, Rhonda, according to certain anti-oxidant researchers, the anti-oxidant effect does not seem to exists. However Vitamin C has a specific role in the body as do other nutrition. I have trained with vitamin C and don't get any pain after the heaviest workout, even days after. This is not a post to say anyone is right or wrong. I highly respect you both, but there is still a lot to learn, but this is my anecdotal experience.
I wish Rhonda would speak slower and more animated. She sounds like she is rushed to get information out as quickly as possible. Tim is so much more comfortable to listen too.
You can improve the validity of self-observation in a few ways. One is keeping detailed notes on environment, diet, cognitive and emotional state. As many changes can take a long time to express, this is most useful as a continuous process. After a few months and a few experiments, you can begin to get a better handle on what domains affect other domains and what areas can change without a dramatic impact on another metric. Another method is connecting the environment in which you're writing observations to multiple forms of stimuli to trigger a ~more~ consistent mental state between sessions. I write a brief summary of mental and physical observations first, then spray a particular smell (pine), play pink noise, sit breathing for 10 minutes and finally record the information. The pre-relaxed state is only valuable in comparison to the post-relaxed state, but together they can provide a clearer picture of what was going on. The farther I am from cognitively normal in the pre-relaxed state, the greater the effect on my mood and focus induced by the relaxation protocol. A side effect of the diet/exercise/environment experimentation is better mood regulation. Nothing solves the problem of biased/delusional self-reporting, but if we're going to self-experiment, we have a vested interest in not feeding the patient bullshit!
First thank you for your content. Most people who watch this, me included, watch health podcasts to improve their well-being. A breakdown of some of the topics would be great. Tim and you may understand what blah blah blah eludes to but not me at least. I love watching your stuff Dr Rhonda and have learned a lot by researching after but would learn more with a little further explanation. Your convo with Peter Attia same thing. Things like mTOR etc.
I really wish you would list the studies (at least some of them) in the transcript. Like, I would love to see the one about mice, vasopressin and pair bonding. that is so fascinating.
I'm pretty sure I'm caught up in that inflammation cycle Dr. Patrick describes at the 22:45 mark. I was hoping somebody might know how to disrupt that cycle and put an end to it? its awful! thanks
Hi Rhonda. Great anecdotal story about your mother-in-law and even better outcome ;) Great recommendation to have her SNPs evaluated as she was working on so many other things yet still stuck. MTHFR and supporting it as you did with MTHF and methylcobalamin definitely contributed to her normalizing her blood pressure. MTHF is associated with increasing levels of nitric oxide and - I'm sure you know as you're brilliant - is needed for vasodilation. MTHF does this as it support NOS coupling via balancing homocysteine, lowering ADMA, increasing glutathione levels to name a few. If she is still a bit elevated, I'd also consider liposomal glutathione and riboflavin as B2 is the cofactor for MTHFR. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23608654 Be great to do a podcast together!
I tried keto for 4 month which felt amazing at first but ended with severe cardiovascular problems, uric acid stones and a complete stress intolerance. Afterwards I was diagnosted with chronic lyme disease with co. infections as well as leaky-gut syndrome. To be fair my keto diet was extremly dirty and my protein intake way too high. Is there anything I can do with diet to reverse this step by step because I'm totally unsure what I can really it right now.
Rhonda, do you remember what was in your MRSA concoction you put together to eradicate it? My father has MRSA and he's been prescribed antibiotics for life, i'm worried that if he can't get off antibiotics he will suffer severe consequences down the road. I would love to know what you used. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world, it's greatly appreciated!
1h 3m: Lying on the floor for 10s in a coffee shop: gets you used to social challenges around you. Go to Netflix and watch the Hacking The Systems series with Brian Brushwood. Tim and Rhonda, you'll be begging that guy for an interview and you'll be off to a new level!
It’s funny when Tim would go and describe “the Lyme camp” as a few doctors with a hypothesis. Completely ignoring the incredible amount of scientific evidence for persistent Lyme disease and the fact that most physicians in the United States will treat Lyme for longer courses than the recommended by the outdated IDSA guidelines.
40:26 ... But what if you're genetically already prone to auto-immune disease? Where you're HLA B-27 positive like my self. So if you contracted Lyme... But it was never treated, because you just never knew. (I'm also from Old Lyme Ct by the way) Then over time your body starts having some type of auto immune reaction to the infection. Or any other infection for that matter... I was put on Humira for bad inflammation around 2013... Was such a horrible decision.. The worst decision of my life.. Because that drug has destroyed my life. My inflammation in my shoulder went away... I was on the drug for two months. But upon stopping I had this bizarre instantaneous physical reaction through out my whole body. Where literally it feels like my whole vascular system.. Or sympathetic nervous system has locked up. I can't work out anymore.. Have lost 20 pounds of muscle. That's me in my picture before the reaction happened. Fitness/the gym was my life, crucial for my happiness... At the same time completely lost all libido. And with this physical reaction of my whole vascular system locking up... I am unable to get an erection... One neurologists theory is.... That I could have post lyme auto immunity.... Where I had some type of auto immune reaction to lyme the whole time. Because my health issues started in 2010... Then with Humira knocking out my immune system... The disease progressed even further... I stopped Humira... My immune system would have been , "strengthening" as the Humira left my system... So at the same time I had this instantaneous physical ,auto immune reaction... And it could possible be being caused by any type of infection.... He even thought I could have this autoimmune disorder called PANDAS... Which is related to Strep... But I don't know what to think. It's been two years... Been to over 50 doctors... All of whom have nothing to offer. Most of them just accuse this of being psychiatric which is absolute bull shit. I just know my immune system is totally screwed. And Humia did something to my immune system that is causing this. The neurologist has mentioned IV Ig as treatment.. But now i'm terrified of possible side effects of that.. Not that it matters at this point because i'm seriously about ready to blow my head off...Only so much torture one can take. But there has to be better treatments. New ways to modulate the immune system.... To treat auto immune disorders without compromising your immune system. There has to be new ways.
I'm really ignorant on the topic but out of curiosity, if you are taking huge doses of probiotics and measuring stool samples, is there a chance that an increase of 'good' bacteria in the stool sample could just be from the probiotics passing straight through your system rather than measuring the established bacteria in the gut?
Tim says he performs best mentally when his ketone level is between 1.1-1.7 mmol, which is interesting because my ideal range seems to 1.2874-1.6953 mmol.
Wow what a fantastic video with personal sharing to make self help biohacks so meaningful. Nothing like having skin in the game to go beyond just following the treatment recommendations of doctors. We are all overtreated and under cured (as Brownlee says) and at such great expense!
thanks for posting this great talk! At 51:50 - you probably mean bacteria like "faecalibacterium prausnitzii", which is the latest big buzzword at IBD land. I think it actually ferments amino acids not fats (or both?), maybe I mixed it up with another bacteria. Anyway, not only fat but protein could feed the lesser known gut bacteria. This is especially interesting when investigating a high protein diet (like some paleo versions), or even zero carb ("all meat no plant matter" diet), which sound like a terrible diet but people report incredible outcomes. of course, personal stories are not hard evidence but they sure raise some questions that hardly any lab is looking into.
thanks for this interview. I am reading a Tim ferris book called Tool of titans. I'm experimenting with a lot of different lifestyle changes. This is so interesting.

Most with severe Lyme have adrenal dysfunction and going into ketosis increases your stress hormones.
@@frederickkrug5420 for a short time..
@@lisettecallis5329 what do you mean by your comment? Does bacteria adapt to low carb? And start feeding off something else? Thanks.
Love your work Rhonda! Always learn so much from your work which is hugely helpful being nutritionist 🙏🏻🙌🏻❤️
This was fantastic! A great back and forth, and neither of you hesitated to break the surface and go deep on a topic. Thanks for sharing.
Tim I love your podcasts so much. It was your podcast that got me into pursuing self improvement and enlightenment.
Stands the test of time on most topics discussed.
Everybody that doesn't like Tim should at least pick i interesting podcast of his to listen to. I understand that viewpoint but he's good.
(Not the ketosis in the question though.)
(Depends if they’re menstruating, pre-menopausal, or post-menopausal).
I'm impressed that Tim managed to keep the same position the whole interview. My knees would start hurting. Maybe he is Superman.
+Francis Tapon's Videos He must meditate daily.
Lol actually when he moves his leg down near the end, you can see how stiff it was. :)
Superman isn’t prematurely balding 🌈
Perfect, these two rock my world of health and fitness, didn't disappoint.
Bad experience with doctors! That's why I'm watching you. You are my go-to for staying-alive.
Why so
Meditate in a hot bath every day if you can with epsom salts, best way I've found and deep breathing with a window open even better.
I love your work Rhonda. I thought it was very interesting that you told random people jokes to help get over your fear of public speaking. Very helpful video
Thank you for this video Rhonda and Tim.I listen to both your podcasts. Delightful folks!
That living wall in the back ground. Yes!!!
Thanks for pointing it out, I spent all video watching that wall to see if it would move lol
Great Convo , chilled setting. Rhonda is awesome.
Good or perfect genes too
I live in Maine.
Wrote a Lyme disease brochure with the help of 2 Lyme specialists. Will email to anyone interested. God bless, Elaine
If you made a course breaking down what to get measured, how often, and what to take I would buy it
Charles Errington Thanks!
I appreciate the annotations that you edited into your videos
Great information Dr. Rhonda. I love what you do. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much!
Thru hiking the Appalachian Trail and more recently the Pacific Crest Trail are excellent ways to walk long distances. :)
Dr. Patrick,
I really enjoy your videos; thank you for all you do.
Couldn't stop watching this episode! Thanks Rhonda and Tim! I'm definitely re-watching this one to record topics for further research!
Great talk! but that wall behind is fantastic!!

I very much enjoy the captions and definitions. Thank you
Hokey dokey.
Hi Rhonda,
adding the notes of things mentioned is really useful and a great idea!
thanks for all of these great podcasts!!
I love your work dear colleague Rhonda but I wonder why you avoided the Metformin question which is so interesting
Its amazing how in tune I am with whats being discussed here, same thoughts about inflammation and a few other things, etc, etc...
CaseyAD Thanks. The VSL#3 sachets are the best.
and BTW Tim doesnt come across as a Narcisist!( i think i mespelled it) he seems like a genuine nice cool guy to me and would be honored to meet him one day
49:23 Ketosis
Concerning 25:30,
Hi Tim, Rhonda, according to certain anti-oxidant researchers, the anti-oxidant effect does not seem to exists.
Great conversation! What is the thing on the wall with plants growing out of it? Anyone know? It's really cool.
There are so many amazing benefits to nutritional ketosis. I have seen amazing results! Here to help if anyone needs it!
Rhonda looks WAY more comfortable on Tim's sofa than she did sitting on that table in the Wim Hof Iceman episode! Didnt have to shift once!
Love your videos Rhonda! Looking forward to more info on but bacteria and inflammation.
I wish Rhonda would speak slower and more animated. She sounds like she is rushed to get information out as quickly as possible. Tim is so much more comfortable to listen too.
I need to hear this all over again.
So exciting
Hello, great work, awesome interview! If you don't mind me asking, what were your results after taking vsl 3?
wow she really has a strong back sitting like that for more then an hour says alot about her health.
Dr Patrick in the big leagues now
Joining you on the ketosis journey. It has been a real change and reaped big rewards. Also listen to rims shows with Dom. Great instructive data.
Great talk, very easy to listen to. Is that a hydroponics setup in the background using grow lights?
I just can't watch a grown man sit like that
That’s your concern? You poor fragile thing. 😂 Quick! Go find a safe space.
Amazing work thank you Dr. Patrick!
Absolutely brilliant talk...enjoyed listening immensely and learnt a lot
I really wish you would list the studies (at least some of them) in the transcript. Like, I would love to see the one about mice, vasopressin and pair bonding. that is so fascinating.
I'm pretty sure I'm caught up in that inflammation cycle Dr. Patrick describes at the 22:45 mark. I was hoping somebody might know how to disrupt that cycle and put an end to it? its awful! thanks
I'm awed by your work and knowledge...
Very educational and well-done interview! Loved the little pop-ups and links. Actually, I did order few of the things that Tim mentioned.
This is gold!
If she is still a bit elevated, I'd also consider liposomal glutathione and riboflavin as B2 is the cofactor for MTHFR. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23608654
Be great to do a podcast together!

This episode was super interesting. Thank you!
Therapeutic keto. Test your glucose and blood ketones. Blood ketones of 2 mmol/L is ideal for healing.
I really appreciate her explanation @ :28. till :29
You should totally make a one off explanation video.
Wow, awesome interview and conversation! Not that it's directly related but I would love to hear their take on ionized water.

I'm digging that vertical plant wall.
Great discussion....thank you!

Doogie Spence , look into Imuregen

love it. please do a q-a ur knoledge can help lots of people
That plant wall is amazing
This is absolute gold!
What an amazing discussion!

My two favorite biohackers!
Love both these two guys.
thanks for posting this great talk!
Very Interesting video. Dr. Patrick, what was the natural protocol you followed to resolve your MRSA? Thank you!
Yes!!! I have 1 APOE4 and I don’t feel any difference on keto either!!
