Titusville, still an undiscovered gem, is located directly across from the NASA launch pad where you get a spectacular view of space launches. There are a few high rise condos that are located on the Indian River with prices that are much lower than Merritt Island or Cocoa Beach. Titusville is a small town with many big city features, but without the traffic. It's also next to the beach and wildlife preserve.
I'm staying in Titusville because of my work, I was sent from Pensacola to Titusville to start remodeling all units at this condominium called Emerald Place. I agree with you when you said there is nothing to do in this town, the place I most visited is the Veterans Memorial Park, that you showed the most in your video.
It's definitely in the growing stages. The best part to me is just the central location. It's by the beach, near Orlando and still has that riverfront town feel
We need to build up the downtown area and encourage small businesses to open there. Maybe try to have more events there, instead of everything being done at Sandpoint. It COULD be more like Cocoa Village and Downtown Melbourne. Difference is they know how to market their areas.
Totally agree! I feel like its hidden gem right now with lots of cute shops and restaurants but not many people know to head up that way. I saw a play at the Playhouse and got dinner afterwards and it was so much fun.
