Shame on Laurence McKenna too, his boyfriend True Bigoted Geordie generalised a billion Muslims which also includes his (Laurence) wife, kid and in-laws with a negative stereotype of Muslims which is bang out of order, I have Muslim friends that have treated me like their own. His apology is fake and his crocodile tears is cringe, it’s all damage control as you have rightfully pointed out. False comments about Islam, dehumanises muslims which means innocent law abiding Muslims suffer attacks in the streets, have things thrown through their window or mosque windows for no reason whatsoever, how can that ever be acceptable. When I was at my lowest point my Muslim friends supported me, invited me round to their house, I ate their food, invited me to their weddings and Eid festivals and it wasn’t just me but they did the same to many other non Muslim friends, I’m no exception, I didn’t see any of them attempting to blow themselves up. He probably thinks the owners of Newcastle United will blow themselves up too, what an ignorant bigot. Laurence allowed him to get away with it on live so shame on him, hope Laurence is pleased with himself.
I'm sorry to hear that! I'm happy there were Muslims out their to support you when you needed it :). However, we should show mercy and forgiveness towards him, maybe it'll change his views on Muslim people. Fighting fire with fire might only prove to these racist people the messed up views they have.
