Coming from an Italian household homemade sauce is the way to go. My father cringes at store bought canned sauce. He even makes his own spaghetti from scratch. Never heard of chicken with it tho.
Many times I'm thinking of how people like Miriam stay so positive!!?? I'm 35 and lost my mom 56 years old, my wedding is gone, my brother's wedding also, our father had a heart attack out of nowhere and everything through cov-19! How can someone be positive after all these? I still admire her and everyone like her but although I'm glad that everyone is doing better than me, it's not so easy to watch all this happiness.. it hurts remembering my happy moments!!! My mama said oh no, not 2 meats in 1 meal😂 but that’s ok, we was a little financially challenged….. we wasn’t poor…..we was PO😂 but that’s ok!, I’m grateful for everything! I definitely can relate to not being able to have certain meals due to someone in the family not being able to eat them because of their health. My oldest son has Gerd, so now I’m finding myself changing a lot of things I cook as well as cutting a lot of stuff out…. Spaghetti happens to be one😩 would love to see some Gerd friendly recipes cause ya girl is running out of ideas! 💖
