hello Miriam!! Love this one, what a perfect dinner!! On my list of Miriam to try!!! I use those gravy packets all the time!! I do add a few drops of gravy master to it........that has good flavor and makes it a little darker. A good marinade for steak/meat is 1/2 cup of gravy master and 1/2 cup soy sauce thats all you need and it’s fantastic.

My mom added both to our meatloaf when we were kids. I have since omitted the bell pepper and use onion seasoning. I do like the color it adds to the dish but its so much better without it. Lol (just a preference)
Yes her food is on point but meatloaf is not a meatloaf with out that onion and green pepper and also I always do a ketchup topping but hers looks awesome also😋
