In case anyone is wondering, certain football stadiums doesn't have a dedicated room for the press conference due to the small size of stadium (like this one). As such, the press conference can be held on the pitch before and after the game.
Congrats to Tamworth for playing well. They made a good game of it. Some of the Tottenham fans seem desperate to pretend this was a loss. None of them have strapped on a boot for Tottenham. Most haven’t put on a football boot at all.
I watched the game - we missed a few chances for sure - Timo really can’t finish at all, can he? Pitch was poor but it was the same for Tamworth, who if we’re honest, played out of their skin and should be extremely proud of themselves. I think the important thing to remember is that at the end of the game you need to have scored more goals than your opponent to win the game. And that’s what we did. Next.
With the team we had out We should have beaten Tamworth in normal time, but big respect to them they kept us out. They should be proud of the way they played 👏👏👏👏👏
The pitch made the game rubbish, great little ground but fans missed out on some quality Think it was better when a leveler pitch was a mud bath, but maybe there would be no game frozen pitch if not artificial
Bulls Cross has 4G that they can train on, it maybe didn't help but not an excuse. Spurs players simply weren't up for it, fitness levels should've shown within the 90 but didn't, let's hope we've got LeArse at a good time, never can tell with this crazy Spurs team!
@jayj6325 The ball holds up and gets caught under your feet and its unforgiving if you don't connect perfectly striking it first time. Even Tam winger nearly injured himself early on standing on the ball Such a shame they lost the FA cup magic of getting a replay in London after a leveler non league pitch. Modern football is rubbish

I hope Ange and Tottenham will remember that they were held to a goalless draw by a team ranked 100 places below them! What a laughing stock. Then needed to get on all the first team players involved (worth hundreds of millions more than Tamworth) that should have been rested to kill it. Limped past in a limp waisted way. As a Tottenham Han, that was disgusting toi watch.

Yeah perhaps you’re right…oh but hang on - with a full squad to pick from and a good run of form we were first after 10 match weeks last season and then despite horrific injuries (same again this season sadly) we still finished 5th. Bit more squad depth and less injuries and we’re top 4 easy.
