HOMEMADE FOOT SCRUB WITH COCONUT OIL an easy salt scrub recipe

  • In this video I share a homemade foot scrub with coconut oil that you can make comfortably at home. It uses salt as the exfoliating agent.

    you know when you think about it .back when I was growing up there wasn't a whole lot of beauty commercials on TV. but now they are ev!!! I mean just go ing to buy 🤷 foot srubs face packs bath bombs at these stores are ridiculous! Lush products just for one bath bomb cost ten bucks !! I ordered different types of things to make bath on Amazon and the whole set was ten bucks for eight of them. looking forward to seeing you make 😀 some more goodies 😀 😊 😉 😋 God bless 🙌. Peace ✌ outm

    How long it last? Shelf life of this?

      This is just for own use. If you want you can add polysorbate 80

    How do you use it??? Is it after a bath when your callus on your feet is soften that way the Scrub can help remove it? Or do you use it before a bath?

      You use it like a regular rinse off scrub. :)

      you can just as reminder salt is more abrasive than sugar.

      Yes you could. The usage rate is always described for the respective preservative

    If I want to keep it long, how to avoid the salt melt?

      The salt usually doesn’t melt. I would keep it in a cool place

    this looks Amazing 👏 . if I don't have mica colors can I use colored GELS when I mix it? and add different types of oil sents like orange vanilla apricot oil when I mix it? looks great 👍 l love ❤ to pampering my self when nobody is home 🏡 can I use sugars like brown sugar and light sugar when making this mixture and add different extracts to the salt mixture?

      Thank you. The colors need to be skin safe. I don’t know what type you have. Yes you can use white sugar brown sugars. Be careful with botanicals as they can turn brown. Hope this helps

      their food GELS I bought them on Amazon they come in lots of different colors. I'm just about out of the colors. I can get the mica colors when I make my grocery list this month 😌

      @@pamelaquander8485 oh yes Mica is much better idea. There are still some natural colorants that can be used. Such as Tumeric or Spirulina.

      For me it lasts for sure a couple of weeks

    In humid temperatures, coconut oil will not solidify, what to be done then ?

      hello Reema. This is a very good question. One easy possibility would be to store it in the fridge. Otherwise shea butter has a lower melting point but I have personally never tried it.

    Can vitamin E oil be added or substituted for the olive oil?

      Hi Carmelita. Yes you should be able to replace a lightweight oil with another lightweight oil. Always test it if you like the texture. Bear in mind that Vitamine e Oil is much more expensive.

      Not in this recipe. But you could add some. I wouldn’t use food colorant but if you are making it for your one use then it’s up to you :)
