I think it's too complicated and there are too many variables. Better to use something like Zoho Flow to create all the entries in the various modules based on the submission of the form.
Is it possible to make 3 forms and embed them all into the same web page? Without the submission of each form taking the visitor away from the web page?
That's not the best way to do it. Better to embed each form on its own page with a hidden field that you prepopulate to connect them all together. Then, have the 1st form redirect to the 2nd, and the 2nd redirect to the 3rd.

Hmm I’m not sure without seeing the output of the data from the sub form. Maybe the value is coming through as a string: “true” instead of true. If so, use a if/else to change it to true instead of “true”

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, it's not possible to run any code on Zoho Forms while the form is being filled in. You might want to look at Zoho Creator as there you can run code as the user is filling in the form.

Can I attach the actual completed submitted ZOHO Form as a doc to a ZOHO CRM Account as a pdf or the like to have the actual form that was filled in and completed available to view in the CRM account?
The easy way is to integrate the form to the CRM using the integrations tab inside Forms. The harder but more flexible way is to give the file a unique name and from within forms save it to a specific folder. Then, inside flow, fetch the form file from the specific folder and more it to the account WorkDrive folder. Then attach it as a link to the CRM record
