Andrew Ditch, a man diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, has been arrested multiple times for endangering the wellbeing of his family. One arrest (November 2019) was for poisoning his family by putting Epsom salt in their coffee maker. A later arrest (March 2020) was for using an oil diffuser to trigger his mother's breathing issues (he claims this act was a failed attempt to use a 'coping skill'). All of the above information has been obtained through videos that Andrew himself uploads to TH-cam.
Andrew is a documented medical malingerer, and all of his claims of illnesses should be taken with a grain of (Epsom) salt. This channel DOES NOT condone or encourage anyone to contact Andrew Ditch; these videos are uploaded for strictly archival reasons. @AndyBible you gotta remember dude. Policemen are professionals. I'm sure they're annoyed with the constant calls but imo they in no way try to get Andy to make a scene. They just have to deal with what's in front of them. I really do feel sorry for them bc they're in a horrible position. Especially here. They have to follow so many procedures and laws and Andy tries to wiggle thru them all
@AndyBible dgmw man, I agree with you. I'm sure there are things at the county and state level that can be done as well. Also. Anyone can get a lawyer if they have a strong enough case, especially if there is money to be had. That's Andy's intent. He provokes all these LEO and others for that exact reason. I also think it's one of the reasons he pushes the autism gambit so far and wants a diagnosis so badly. I honestly do believe he will be in a prison cell or padded room soon. There's no other option, imo at this point. He's past the point of at home help.

I agree, but part of me thinks he may not want to play around with Federal agents. I doubt they would put up with his nonsense. If he spits on an FBI agent or makes one of his bomb threats because he’s not getting his way, he would be put UNDER the jail, which would be the best place for him.

i have been saying that since i first discovered andy; all this stuff he does is a form of abuse, its manipulation, blackmail, and extortion / coercion , these things are a form of abuse. especially when his ''disabilities'' are fake. I mean look at how he wears those huge colorful oversized child/ baby diapers, no one who's actually disabled is gonna wear a personal hygiene garment that looks childish, most disabled people want dignity and to NOT be infantilized. Also the CONSTANTANT, daily, misuse of 911, crisis intervention, adult protective services and similar resources is fraud, why is he not locked up for all that in an of itself?!

I don’t get how Andy views it as a crime when someone makes fun of him on the internet but he can go out of his way to harass and bully whoever doesn’t believe his autism diagnosis, and even harass people who actually have autism and accuse them of faking it. Not just harassment, but stalking, threatening and flat out assaulting others (he spat on several police officers and medical staff, during Covid nonetheless). Does anyone genuinely know how he keeps evading arrest because any other person would’ve been locked up by now.

The Police HAVE to follow up on every call, which is why making false reports to 911 is a crime.

Yeah, despite the fact that andrew constantly abuses the emergency services, his family absolutely still deserve the right to use them fairly. If there was an intruder, or a heart attack and 911 ignored it, theyd be liable i think.

I assume he’s calling on his cell phone so they’d be able to tell it was him and not his parents, but like you said he could have a legitimate medical emergency so I guess they have to. I’m sure he’s at an increased risk of having heart attacks or other serious medical issues with his weight, diet, and lifestyle choices especially. He could get a serious infection just from his lack of hygiene alone.

This is pretty obvious but there definitely was intent to harass. He was made well aware that it was bothering his family several times and was actively harming his mother. He knew what he was doing was causing harm and refused to comply, meaning it WAS intent to harm, therefore, harassment.
