The Red Komodo does have external recording? Are you not able to record externally to the monitor through Sdi? I’m trying to find a monitor to record lower quality and record in-camera 6k to the Komodo at the same time for proxy editing.
Small HD is nice but so fragile. My focus broke twice on me without any impact. Just in the bag. Better purchase a solid screen that you don't have to get repair every three month
Does the Ninja V with the SDI module display 5k raw fine for monitoring or does it not show anything for that resolution and max out at something like 4k not raw?

Yeah my SMallHD focus broke for no reason too. Build quality issues.

I don’t think so, but it may work with the focus pro if you have Komodo control
by the time you add all the accessories to Komodo, it will become the size/weight of the regular dsmc.
