The diagram doesn't show enough. When we opened it we could only see plastic bits, none of the shiny print head parts. Is there a closeup or better shot of it?
I agree, it's a good start but it's not detailed enough to show exactly what to clean, especially the 2nd part where they only show the clean stick entering the back chamber and then it cuts off.
There is a plastic cover over the print head that removes by loosening a screw to uncover the printhead.
