Thanks! This video helped me out a lot. It's clear that you know what you're talking about on the subject, but you also have a way of teaching it without leaving the less knowledgeable, (like me,) in the dust. Overall, great video.
For those who are having troubles in the program not using the two different x values, make sure your two x columns are having exactly same name and units. So if u have one called time1 and time2, make both their names time1 and it will work. And units should be the same too.
I am not sure. I haven't used this program in years. I wrote my own program around 2013 so that my students could graph on things like their iPod Touches. www.thephysicsaviary.com/Physics/Programs/Tools/Graphing/.
I cant get logger pro to use my 2 different sets of x values. Im doing magnetic field strength versus distance, and it keeps comparing my magnetic field strengths from two magnets to the distance measurements of just one magnet. Suggestions?
Thank you Frank, you are a blessed man. You have saved me from hours of agonizing over my physics homework.
Only commenting to let you know that 9 years later, you're still saving lives (and grades)! Thank you very much for this video!
lol

thanks man i didn't know how to see the data set 2 on my graph .really helped me a lot
Thank you so much! I was having so much trouble with a lab report, and this really helped!
Thanks so much, greatly appreciated you taking the time to do this!!!

Thank you sooo much you saved my worksheet
Im glad it helped you! :)
Legit exactly what I needed and good quality
Can you do this with a curve fit instead of Linear?, because It is not letting me choose more than one option if I am doing a curve fit

If you send me a copy of your graph, I will take a look at it for you.....
Frank McCulley i think i figured it out, but thanks for the video and the offer
I know it has been a while, but I am having this issue. How did you resolve it?
I know it's been longer than a while, but how did you figure it out?
