For kids’ art, setup a memory box where you keep your faves and strategically toss the rest (maybe once a week in trash day). If you think Grace is old enough have her pick the best ones so she can build the decluttering muscle and have the box be the limit on how much you keep.
for all the art- once I realized that I had 100's of art pieces I had to come up with something. I decided to keep up to 12 of the most special projects each year, and all the others I ended up taking photos of and made a book for each year. Now that my daughter is almost 14 (in 2 weeks) we LOVE looking back thru each book. Hope this helps!
My kids bring home so many papers from school. We heat our house with wood. So when my kids bring all their papers home and show me, they divide them into two piles. One for keep, one for heat, lol. I have a box i use for the special ones I want to keep for me. I gave them a small box to put the papers they want to keep and when that box gets full, we will go through it again and decide what is for keep and what's for heat!
Nowadays I hole punch and binder the important ones/gifts/favorites... because I have so many boxes of artworks and really had a hard time getting rid of any of them
We have a little frame my mom bought for kid art. You can add them as you get them so they can be displayed, then you rotate and toss periodically unless its special. We kept the mother's Day and fathers day ones
Hang a collage of art on a wall. Take pictures of the rest (When the kids are older you’ll be so glad for the pics of the art they made at different ages!)
Sierra you should look into "plopping" your hair instead of twisting it up in the t shirt! As a lazy curly girl myself its been awesome to avoid blowdrying lol
So my mom did a “Masterpiece” wall and we were able to hang up our art work and then at the end of the month we picked our favorite and tbh she probably threw the rest away or we gave it away 😂 but I plan to do the same thing once my girly is a bit bigger! Also Alice and my 8 month old have the same croissant pjs on currently lol Not Stephen hitting us with some Ms Rachel hahah we always have those songs stuck in our heads too 😂
Art- take a photo of your child holding their artwork with a proud smile. Then….get ready, throw it out. I saw “duplicates” of the same art, those are easier to get rid of. Save the art that is sentimental like Mother’s Day, or the first time they actually draw a human figure. WhatsUpMoms channel has a TH-cam video about kids art. They suggest to store it in a box that is labeled PreK to when they graduate elementary school. I’ve seen other parents take photos of the art and make photobooks from it. All great ideas, it’s a matter of how much time you want to invest. Advice coming from a mom of 5. I take photos, throw it out and keep the super special ones in a filing cabinet.
I’ve seen these photo printed books of kids artwork but even the books can end up being a lot of clutter, maybe save her best/ favorites she picks out and try the memory books!
When my daughter was little, at the end f the week, we picked our favorite picture/ art project and hung it up. Then the next week, we did the same and pitched the first one. I told her I would love to keep them all but A. Our house isn’t big enough and B. It would be a fire hazard and we want to stay safe. 😂
Get a clear plastic bin for each child and let that be there memory bin. If you use that as your limit you can only keeps what fits and you won't just use it for art ....so only keep the art that has sentimental value. Recycle the rest :) Also they make these picture frames that open and you can just keep adding art to display. Don't know how much it holds though.
Best thing we did for kids art was take a picture of every one, keep them in an album. Once a month pick the ones you love, unique, their favorites. Delete the rest. Once a year put all the monthly favorites in a photo book
I love fashion and really appreciate being able to wear cute outfits but running outfits are the exception. I don’t care what I look like as long as it works 😂
I am doing my own version of vlogmas on my channel! Thanks for the inspo! I do videos of my nailpolish, my dog being cute and other stuff I like to share. A very different vibe than this.
Alice is the spitting image of her dad!❤️

I loved the little back and forth between you and Steven!
Me too! And the old timey music
Grace saying, “This ain’t my first time.” Just SENT me 😂😂😂
Not us running into each other at our shared second home 😅
Honestly Disneyland at Christmas is a must for any LA native!

Grace being a whole a$$ person now with sass and class is giving me the feels! “This isn’t my first time, I’ve done it before” 😂😂😂
Aww the intro with Bella and Bruiser is so cute! 🥰

Those sunglasses are called „Schnelle Brille“ (fast glasses) in German and I think it’s very fitting.😂
Alice is such a mini Stephen
Very, very happy about vlogmas. You are a ray of positivity so having that every day is really nice x
Yay! What a fun start to vlogmas, I can’t wait to go see all the Christmas stuff at Disneyland in person!
If you let your pass expire can you get a new one later?
I've only been to Disney in Paris twice so I have no idea how it's arranged in the US.
Grace has excellent taste in Mickey ears hahaha.

I have been using my daughters paintings as wrapping paper

It's sounded like Alice said "Stuck with me? How rude!" 😂 Y'all have the cutest little family ❤

What hairbands do you use?

Happy Vlogmas!!!! ❤❤❤
Try Goodr glasses for running but less douche goggle appearance! They don’t slip or move around but look cute and aren’t pricey
Came here to recommend the same thing!
Look at Brook’s running jackets!
first vlogmas of the season! exciting times 🤭
I absolutely love the 12 Days of Vlogmas! So excited 💜
Keep the favourites and photograph the rest into a photobook by year

What happened to your partnership with Fabletics? Haven’t seen any hauls in awhile. Congrats on finishing your 2nd 5k!

First view!! Love your vlogmas content every year, the holiday season isn't the same without them 🎄🤎
Just remember vegan/vegetarian diet leads to higher rates of mental health issues and obesity.
Happy vlogmas to my favorite TH-camr! 🎉
