For kids’ art, setup a memory box where you keep your faves and strategically toss the rest (maybe once a week in trash day). If you think Grace is old enough have her pick the best ones so she can build the decluttering muscle and have the box be the limit on how much you keep.

I decided to keep up to 12 of the most special projects each year, and all the others I ended up taking photos of and made a book for each year. Now that my daughter is almost 14 (in 2 weeks) we LOVE looking back thru each book. Hope this helps!
My kids bring home so many papers from school. We heat our house with wood. So when my kids bring all their papers home and show me, they divide them into two piles. One for keep, one for heat, lol. I have a box i use for the special ones I want to keep for me. Save the art that is sentimental like Mother’s Day, or the first time they actually draw a human figure. WhatsUpMoms channel has a TH-cam video about kids art. They suggest to store it in a box that is labeled PreK to when they graduate elementary school. I’ve seen other parents take photos of the art and make photobooks from it. All great ideas, it’s a matter of how much time you want to invest. Advice coming from a mom of 5. I take photos, throw it out and keep the super special ones in a filing cabinet.
