On Sunday when our pastor (Bucci) played this song during a sermon, I remember breaking down in tears and sobbing. It was a way of me letting go and letting God take control of my unknowns. It broke me down physically but it renewed me spiritually, emotionally and mentally. I can testify that I can now breathe again because I know I’m not alone 🙏

I would say my number one thing that helps me most to stay in that place of surrender is when I sing or listen to praise and worship songs such as this one you just released. I realize no matter my circumstances, our God is worthy of our praises because of who He is. His Word and not by my circumstances defines who He is.

Teach me how to live surrendered ‘Cause I feel like I could fall forever(Amazing visual! Very relatable.) And I really need to know how to let go of the unknown When the days are seeming longer And the sting is getting stronger I will let your love become by antidote I love how you start acoustic and build in the second verse. It gives the song a lot of emotion right off the bat, but also gives it a place to go dynamically, so it doesn’t get boring. Your chorus melody is really beautiful and compelling! I also like how you back to a more stripped down sound and build again at the end of the bridge. On a personal level, I just moved across the country to pursue my music, and many of my fears/insecurities are coming out right now. I also have been trying to work through some disappointment towards God. This song feels like an honest prayer to me, and it gives words to a time that is hard to describe for me. Songs like this come from a special place, because it goes past the music/chords. Thank you!
