There is literally no excuse for this man's behavior. He knew full well what was in his luggage and the potential ramifications if he was caught with CBD oil, yet he knowingly brought them into the country.

The difference between the United States and Dubai is we are a civilized country they do not punish people for 25 years for something so small and insignificant.
