Thank you very much for this tutorial. I am very grateful for these valuable information. I have 2000 miles on the clock with my VOGE 3OO Rally. Will sure need to check these bearings 😟
Thank you for the video! I've did rear suspension servicing on previous week, so the video was very helpful. Mine had a decent amount of factory grease, and seals was in good condition. Could've easily skip rear suspension servicing, but chinese bike greasing isn't consistent, and you never know beforehand whether bearings is lubed.
Great video and very useful...tbf if i buy a new dirt bike i always strip it out before use and lube everything up with waterproof grease but usually there is some grease in the bearings!..
Great video. Love the preventative maintenance idea. Writing a list for a bike mechanic. Do you have any other suggestions before I put my new Tally on the road? BTW copied the torque settings. Really useful information I can pass on. Thanks again.
This isn’t new tech, the CCM GP450 had this and also had the sprocket on the swing arm axle so there was no need to adjust the chain to allow slack. The chain remains the same length at full or minimal travel.
Great video. Thanks for sharing this stuff 👍 I'm wondering if the local dealer would allow me to be present when they assemble the bike I am going to buy, so I can make sure they use good and enough grease and also dielectric for electric connections 🤔
Thank you! I’m not sure but my guess is that bike is mostly assembled in the factory. Mirrors, hand guards, handlebars etc. small stuff will be bolted on at the dealership. So you really can’t ask them for extra services for free of charge. Dealer is the one selling the bike they are not producing one. Bike will be sold as is with warranty , I’m pretty confident it will last that warranty period. We as the consumers will be the ones making a purchase decision upon information that we have been gathering about the bike and manufacturer. So in this case with this Chinese bike we either do it ourselves or you ask your dealer to offer you a good deal to grease everything by them as there’s so much information out there about lack of grease
sucks - happens with lots of bikes, shouldn't, no excuse for it but this isn't a voge thing and i bet it isn't all that were built either which kind of makes it more annoying

Thank you! Many of us can’t imagine when buying a new bike that these crucial points on the bike have been left without attention
Хорошее видео! Спасибо!

Nice video, do you happen to know the torque specs for the swing arm? Thank-you
Thank you! 75+_ 7.5 N*m
Is that swingarm made of aluminum like in the Honda XRE ?
Nope, it’s steep
Do you know the size of the steering stem bearing? I need to change one
@@mpmplaying no I don’t. I took it apart but didn’t take any notes
I have just bought…and there is a noise about suspension…I am afraid to have the same problem…:-((
I don’t think it’s a huge problem. Take it apart and replace with good quality bearings and seal
HI, can you send me this manual??? this is the workshop manual or user manual??
It’s a user manual, comes with the bike

ok , but first dust will be stock in your graisse and will make it much worst
@@olivierhasson everything is just fine. Currently on my second day of Hiiumaa TET. I believe 13-1400km on the clock and bike has become alive
