    I like your "unwind" mindset. Elbows are baby steps in controlled aggression to the finish. I've seen elbow strikes do the finishing too though.
    if you want to win - move in.

    I've been watching this man for some time. He has physicality and technique. He's been in REAL fights. How do I know ? Because in my youth and into old age I've fought and I know pure conjecture from pure science. This man is the genuine article his smile is disarming his technique is vicious. Osu and respect for the genuine article. 🙏🏼🐅🐉

    I love elbows, and heel of the hand strikes. Personally the more I think about it the more I see punches as being a poor decision. Not that they can't be used but they are honestly too risky. Every movement that can be performed as a punch can be performed as a palm/heel strike. Why risk breaking those super little, super important, super weak bones? I could make an essay on this but I'll refrain lol
    This is coming from a former MMA fighter who almost turned pro as a boxer

    • @rooroo9216
      @rooroo9216 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Emir EC punches add a couple more extra inches to your strike than a palm heel would, but I know exactly what you mean, people getting boxers fractures way too often, I've even heard of some people nearly getting their hand amputated because someone's teeth ended up in their fist and they got infected with gangrene or something... Horrible stuff...

  • @chriswalker7632

    There's a drunken wing chun wooden dummy form that's quite a lot of fun to do - lot's of elbows and hammer fists in it. It does however have low hook kicks (to the waist) which are combined with grabbing (for example over someone's arms) - which is done by pivoting from facing your opponent to getting into their outside, in a twisted horse... I don't think it is meant as a kick but more as a way of using your leg to bring your opponent down to the ground while maintaining control of their arms.
