This video is amazing! I've started running recently at the age of 42 and have been struggling a lot with tight leg muscles to the point that I hobble like an old woman when I get out of bed in the mornings. Someone recommended lower body deep stretching to me and I found this video. Done it twice so far and already noticing an improvement in muscle tightness.
I have been walking like a penguin following a squat workout and wow this worked out all the pain and tight muscles esp in my glutes and hamstring. I can't wait to hit play again on Sat. 👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
