BMW R1100RT Brake Line Replacement

How to replace the brake lines on your BMW R1100RT. The model I am working on is a 1999, but the process should be the same for all years. The process isn't overly difficult and its a good job to do if its never been done before. Thanks for watching.

How would you be forcing contaminants into the ABS system if you have the lid off the master cylinder?

The ABS module is in-line between the brake caliper and the fluid reservoir. Any fluid going up to the reservoir when reverse bleeding is passing through the ABS unit first from my understanding.
