I learned a lot even though I've been using the app for years, your instructions were clear, the camera and lighting are great. Awesome video. Will definitely be checking out the others. Thanks man!

With the current procreate you can set the ink layer as reference layer and then fill another layer without the need to select anything. (I bet you know this, but just for reference for other people finding this tutorial now.)

I’ve grown increasingly interested in taking my art to the digital realm. Been looking for the best iPad and or drawing Tablet, digital pens and apps. Any suggestions? Not breaking the bank, but not looking to go too cheap either.
I got a used 2017 iPad Pro with a gen 1 Apple Pencil and it works like a charm! I’ve only had it about a week, but it’s very fast and responsive. An iPad Air 3 would be the new equivalent to what I just purchased used. And it’ll have a faster processor as well

Thanks! Yes, I do use one. I have the Tech Armor Antiglare. It kills the quality of the screen a little bit but still worth the screen protection and the friction I need for drawing.

This is so great! Have you encountered any high pitched rubbing sounds with the pen? I've just been testing one out in show room but this noise is infuriating!
That selection tool is totally insane dude. Now I get why you use it so much instead of Mangooo Studio! (especially now that the name sucks). Really cool looking Spiderman head! Makes me wish I had a PS4 even more.
its hard to breath watching people stumble all over a program....by the time they get one step done I'd be whizzing past them in manga...Its so much easier and friendly to move from tool to tool. If you were working in the industry it would take way too long to do a whole book like this.

When I zoom this much the lines get blurry. So what settings are you using?
Usually, that means you need to work off more resolution. I work at various sizes. 3300 x 5100 pixels. 11" x 17" @ 300 dpi. 4K = 2160 x 3840
