Dog poop... Fifty+ years ago, when I was a little kid and before cleaning up poop was a thing - we had this big Labrador... My dad had trained him to at least poop in gardens rather than on the grass. So, I am taking the dog for a walk and he starts doing his business and politely backs into this garden. However, he is a big dog and it is a small garden - so he leaves this huge "Mr whippy" on top of their brick fence! I ran away in horror - but have always wondered what the owners thought when they were met with that 😳.

Another fine content video Shane. Great view in my opinion, being an ex truck driver myself. I needed a passport for a steel company (....scope), went every day to different depots and never got asked for it once, yet they said you wouldn't get loaded without it. Keep on truckin' 👍
Gday Shane, been subscribed and watching your vids for a while. You never fail to entertain mate. As far as those that say they will be there to open at 6am, dont totally believe em but as you have done, deal with it and move on. keep on showing us what you deal with on the road because i must admit, not all of us see the roads from your angle. I will always give the big rigs on the roads the right of way as most should. Keep on keeping it safe mate. Cheers.
Hi Shane, I have really been enjoying your videos. I was in the same Cardiff/Newcastle area just on 4 weeks ago. Dodging a bullet..... In 2020, I was doing a 2up-Hotshot from Komatsu Mt Thorley (Hunter Valley) to Tom Price WA, carrying a Dump Truck Rear Axle & Dif Assy. Heading west into Ceduna, we heard "the Barbecue is HOT" and were waved in by the SA Cops. I thought that my Log was fine but I had made a silly mistake (BIG FINE Territory). Anyway, after a bit of a discussion and a lot of Red Marks on the page, they let me off with a very stern warning. I still can't believe it.
I know all these places you mentioned well (originally from WA now Newcastle) very very lucky that you got out without big fines for something probably very minor anyway, stay safe mate
saw theother video and after hearing that he arrived late again, it would not surprise me if hes scheduled at 6 and starts 7 because his clock is still set to his original countries timezone or has it set to manual adjust daylight savings
Similar to you I managed to avoid the electoral roll for a fair few years as well till I moved house and I paid the post office to redirect my Mail and I’m nearly sure it was them who as part of their service dobbed me into the electoral office.
So i am working with a company who works for the council looking after council landscapes, and to spray any herbicide or pesticides like insect eating plants wise needs an acdc which is a chemical certificate. I worked for the company from 2015 til 2022 before the company could be bothered after the council had "various crackdowns" on the issue and each time various other people would get the chance meanwhile i still didnt. I do some of the finer things while the labourers do their part, then 22 came and finally got my turn. Only was there the longest out all of the others too.
Not many people fail "competency based training" these days, because the "class" should drag everyone through. But I have seen occasions where that is simply not possible.
Ive avoided any proper qualifications, being parachuted into a job for the federal courts by a friend. I then got parachuted into liason work inside a prison a few years ago, all with a criminal record and time in jail. I still do that job to this day.
@@shanehastattoos it's actually quite rewarding at times, recently an inmate I've consulted quite a few times has been released, and I've continued to keep in touch with him and visit often to help give some support, and just in the last week his managed to score some employment. It's really rewarding to see people turn things around and do better, and the whole community benefits greatly from it too.
