Glad its is helpful, we love Bansko! They are getting harder to find but we found a bunch for $230 - $500 mo range. You can also search bansko property owners facebook groups for longer term stays.

Yes, the pool at Four leaf is open in the summer and available to people staying there in the community.

When does the low season begin in bansko? I assume somewhere in May till october?

Great question. We stayed the end of June through beginning of September. Although Summers are technically "slow" compared to high ski season, but still have a lot going on. A lot of restaurants shut down and even the Gondola shuts in September which is when it gets really slow.
Basically everyone who lived there full time kept telling us slow season starts when the skiing sucks. Approximately end of April/May through the beginning of December.
Apparently there still is not enough snow yet in Mid December 2022 to start the ski season!
