I used ABS. I ran it at about 33 I think. As far as logenivity is concerned it's hard to say. The part it mates to is plastic so I know it's at least within heat range. It really comes down to how well the oil (from the pcv) breaks down the plastic. In this experiment anything over a month is more than enough. The goal is to try and provide something that lets us test long enough to work out the kinks.
80mm is wayyyy too large for even a 300+hp r53. It looses far too much velocity low end to justify that peak hp gain... peak hp means nothing when the rest of the range lost so much power
I need for my mini how can I get one
Did this end up making any power? Was there ecu issues or was an additional tune needed?
Yeah i wanna know this as im wanting to fit M5 Throttle Bodies to the R35...what was the outcome..
Hi what tipe trottle body is it ?
hello, I would like to know if you could send me the file to do the 3D printing?
What type of filament did you end up using? Also what was the density level of the 3D printed part? What is the expected longevity of these parts?

what exactly is it for?
How much would something like this run to produce? I'm interested in doing this for another application.
Thanks!
JP JP about 50 dollars depending on the material.
Jason Widelitz any recommendations for software to draw up for as hobbyist? Also, do you have a website?
JP JP I would start with google sketch up. Really easy to learn and can export to .stl with a simple patch
Well are u going to answer
Can you possibly send me the file for the adapter? thanks in advance
I'll send it out please send some feedback please
message me your email
Could you send the file to me? Please. What were the fitment issues in relation to the Bypass valve?
Hello I need this patrts! Where can I get a 3d printed throttle body, do you sell it?
+Andrea Defilippi
I don't sell it. Its also not a throttle body. It's an adapter that allows you to run a BMW throttle body.

Which was explained in the video many times to avoid pointless comments. By you tube never fails I guess
How or where can I buy this at please reply
If you're interested in purchasing one shoot me an email. Dirigiwerks@gmail.com
