This is a great review. I appreciate your honest take on this beautiful fragrance. I have owned this before, I got a 200ml bottle for an incredible price (Around £65-70 if I remember right) and I stupidly sold it! I loved it but for some reason, I let it go, I still don't know why. I have at least probably 250 bottle of various designer and niche branded fragrances and I can honestly say, nothing smells like d'Iris Cedre! It is so unique. I have managed to source a 100ml bottle which I am buying tomorrow of someone reputable, in the UK it seems currently 100ml at retail is £125. I am getting my 100ml bottle for £65. I have therefore effectively paid double what I did a year or two back, BUT you can be sure, that I won't make the same mistake again! I am really excited to get my nose over this masterpiece again!
I bought a bottle and it's everything you described...unisex, fresh and soapy clean. I hate that it's not powdery like Infusion de Iris, but this one is very powerful! I am a man. My job has me in and outdoors all day. I spray this perfume on (5 sprits on work shirt), after my shower around 5 am. At 5 pm, after a day of working and sweating heavily in the 2021, high summer heat, I can still pull in compliments that I small good. Thank you for your spot-on reviews! Actually I offered my boyfriend infusion d'homme a few years ago and unfortunately, there are only a few drops left. But when you began to describe it, I could not help to go the bathroom and spray it on my wrist. And I have the same images that come to my mind. Holidays by the seaside maybe in Spain, maybe on the atlantic coast in France.Going out for dinner dressed in white linen. By the way, Infusion d'Iris whitch is the feminine version is a must have for summertime. Again, congratulations for your reviews and sory if my english looks weird. Best regards from France.
This fragrance smells like a good quality bar of Italian white soap. It is the cleanest, coldest and simplest scent I have ever smelled. It has decent lasting power particularly on clothes and it is suited for warm climates. A true Mediterranean scent. I personally do not recommend using this in cold weather as it's the type of scent that requires warmth to be noticeable. Bottle is also beautiful. To summarise, if you took a decent quality bar of old-fashioned white soap and grated it with a cheese grater, it would smell just like Prada Iris Cèdre. May be a bit expensive for what it is but you are paying for the brand name.

Definitely going to try this. I enjoy soapy fragrances. Prada Amber is superb! *I'm not sure if you've heard of Prada Purple Rain, but it is very nice as well. (Soapy/Floral) **I recently purchased Xerjoff "Kind Of Blue". In my opinion, it's a top tier Soapy/Floral fragrance as well. (Scent Split has decants)
I have both the infusion homme and this. I can say infusion homme is more aggressive in the opening, you can tell but when it come to dry down they are the same, homme has just a little better longevity but since you cant buy it anymore unless you pay a lot...this is the next best thing.
This smells like the small round white soap included in the hotel. I immediately bought this one. I really love it. I want to check if there is a perfume that smells like heno de pravia soap. I really like soapy fragrances. Edit:in the box it only says cedre. Not iris cedre

Amber has more orange and while soapy is more juicy where infusion is dry soapy and cleaner. I have both and infusion is more calm inducing and they last the same

It has nothing to do with the general smell of hospitals, its just a personal thing, although i find this smell very cold and medicinal.
Wearing this as a woman for 5 years already. it's really an everyday year-round perfume.

How many sprays do you use and where?
Prada uses very high quality ingredients in their fragrances they don't cheap out on materials
depends on the line, this line is upper scale u should compare it to dior priveé ecc

I also own Purple Rain too and its way more feminine imho.
Its more buttery and creamy...but the scent is really 10/10.
