Usually "to eat something" means she did a bad job. Is that what you meant? If you meant she did a good job, you can say "she killed it" or "she nailed it" or "she aced it."

Interpersonal communication just means communicating (talking to, messaging, etc.) between two or more people. In a job interview, the job applicant and the interviewer are talking to each other.

Hi Abdulahi! Qualifications can mean anything that qualifies you for the position. It can include degrees/certificates, years of experience, and applicable skills.
