Simon, I used to have an aircraft cleaning business specialising in rejuvenating aircraft paint work, it was great and made good money, but since I retired from that and started writing and making films no one is offering this amazing service. I would be happy to train someone and teach them all my experience as would be a shame to see it get forgotten. I’m torn between the garage gym idea and the window cleaning agency. Both top ideas. For the sake of the competition here I’ll say the garage gym. I’m not sure I could carry it off though as I don’t have a ready made beach body 😂. I’m in my first month of business starting a precision engineering company. I had no real money to start and it really is the ultimate bootstrapping start up. However I managed to negotiate a rental agreement with an existing machine shop so I basically recant their machines as I use them. I’m hoping that within 6 months I’ll have enough capital to buy my own and be off to the races. Great work simon I always enjoy your videos. Just wished you’d asked me to quit my job on the street I’d have snapped that money out of your hands 😂
I love the cheap plant app! That's my favorite 🌿 It would be so helpful. You could make it so you could search for a specific plant, and it would give you all the places where it was available near your location. 👍 You could also have the choice of selecting multiple plants, and it will show you where you can get them all in one place 👍🌿☺️

The one that resonated the most with me is the food allergy app. I am a former chef and am very concerned about ensuring good food practices. The moment I heard you mention this I came up with an idea that I believe will work. I have many idea but no money to develop 😞 like plants watering while people on holiday, wall printing with a special lazer printer where you can have any design on your walls to pottery business with hidden special messages inside…or a sustainable dog shelter with dog hotel combined where the profit could also help starys , book club events and so on but without money it is really hard
The only one I really liked was the feng shui business because it can be internet based so large target market and low operating cost. You could either sell a diy course or have an online consultant. Having an in person interior designer that will feng shui your house would be nice but difficult to scale in the beginning. People that have been customers could also be on an email list to receive advertisements to become trained to give the consultations. Once it’s up and running it’s mostly passive. You could probably also tie in affiliate marketing for certain products.

Oh, the toothbrush game i got tabs that turned her teeth pink. She had an electric toothbrush with a timer.. I used that 1 with my daughter. If she had done it correctly, she got a treat. I also used to make a game, where I would put a song on in the morning. Whoever got dressed quicker got to pick the music for the next day. It stopped the fighting and got us moving quicker, lol. Reverse psychology, and it was fun..
Taking dogs to the elderly is actually a part of a dream I've had for years and years... The dream was actually having an animal rescue shelter, having at-risk youth sort of volunteer there having me as kind of a life mentor, and have them take dogs from the shelter to visit nursing homes :) It's like a perfect cycle. But always thought about it as a charity thing to do when I'm rich rather than something that makes me money in any way. I can't imagine an elderly would pay to have a dog visit... at least where I'm from. Would love to talk about it if you're up for it :)
Poland is one of the biggest market for caterings. Every day You can be delivered 5 meals to Your door in the morning. We have even catering comparision portal Dietly. Close to 2000 caterings in Poland. I do not know why it is popular in Poland. Maybe we love to work more 😅

There's a company I nearly worked at as an employee in Manchester, UK that buys going to waste food very cheaply from supermarkets, restaurants, wholesalers, factories etc. Anyone who can supply them with food. They collect it all up, then start making categorised bags and boxes. Sort of like a food bank combined with something like Abel and Cole food deliveries. People pay for them and order different sizes and types of boxes. The food still arrives fresh to the customer and at a much reduced price then they would pay at the supermarket. It appeals a lot to lower middle class families who have incomes but are trying to save money, as well as low income families who cant get everything they need from food banks. It's effectively a more expanded version of the potato idea, and they are doing really well
I do have a great idea for an app. It's definitely not out there. But I worry about actually telling anyone in case they have the means to create it and take the idea
Honestly there are so many ideas out there that nobody will believe in it as much as you. Seriously, you’re going to be the only one to spend time on it. So just try building a prototype! If you can validate early feedback then sure file a trademark or other legal protections.

Love this idea, it's a little like spa's in hotels combined with gyms but I think people would use it more. If I could get regular massages or nail treatments after a gym session I definitely would. I thought about a lottery just in London and % of the pot goes to help the homeless every week - could even buy property to house the homeless. Imagine 8 million in London even if 1/3 paid £1 a week that's over £2.5million pot every week. You could use 1 million for the homeless and £1.5 million win and increase the odds by just matching 3 numbers to encourage more game play.

Hi there, im a little late😂 my girlfried would make a parents coffee shop. The idea is to make a coffeeshop with a kind of a childcare included. So you can enjoy your coffee without your kids getting bored. Its a win win situation. The kids are having fun and the parents can enjoy coffee, cakes, etc and get in contact with other parents and so on😊😊 😊 that would work
coffee shops have very thin profit margins. Most independent coffee shops survive because of multiple locations or roasting coffee and selling it. The coffee market is pretty saturated though. You need to do a hard look into the coffee shop business because even a lot of people that try to be roasters fail. Being a roaster has a larger target market whereas the coffee shop is more local so it’s more scaleable. If you run a coffee shop you could very well run into the problem that you are essentially creating a business that is a job in disguise and if you hire a bunch of people there is not enough money for you to live off. You need a business that is mostly passive because if you create a business then ideally it needs to be something that you can hand over to someone else to manage most of it so your time is spent scaling the business. Your only job is to scale it up, not to be an employee of your own business.
I’m a reflexologist who works on reflex points on the feet to help people feel better and I’m also a hypnotherapist but I’m crap at advertising. So I would love for someone to come to my house and SHOW me how to use social media ads and or advertising elsewhere. I have never gotten a single client from Facebook. Hi Simon, I do have an application fully developed and ready to launch for advertising on the vehicles. Also the payment based on miles they travel. The advertisers will receive the reports and can track the areas covered by the vehicle. I finished the development of the application in 2020 but I couldn’t launch it. I can demonstrate it too. Also, being a data scientist, I can work on a machine learning algorithm to scan and predict the reason for the plants to die and its treatment plan to bring it back to life. First… I feel your pain”pet swap” idea could go wrong. Animal companions grow comfortable with their person. They are used to being home with their human family. When they are removed and placed in a new environment m, they could developed separation anxiety or become “home sick” please remember they are sentient beings and have love, sadness, depression, anxiety etc similar to humans please consider them. Second “therapy dogs and cats” are a thing. But it’s volunteers that pick up animals from rescues and brings the animal to elderly homes and walks to each room asking if someone would like to spend some time with a therapy dog while the volunteers are present. Animals are not products: in stopping your video here’s . Maybe consider removing animals from your money making ideas (stoping at 6 minutes 17 seconds. ) Good luck I’ve lost interest:

I always watch your video but always forget to subscribe you just being honest, I m from Nepal and I m in dubai, I have made a plan to sell apparel in dubai, the question is everyone is selling and how will I creat a market among the big sellers so I come up with my own designs cultural designs of our country, and I m 100 % sure I will achieve it, my intention is just to provide apparels in cheap price, and give them a good quality product, because of lake of investment I m just ordering products every month cause I work here and I have to wait for my salary and all items are stock in my room, once I will have enough items to come in the market I will come like a roar lion 😊thank you

2 things you should never go cheap on! your bed and shoes
First… I feel your pain”pet swap” idea could go wrong. Animal companions grow comfortable with their person. They are used to being home with their human family. When they are removed and placed in a new environment m, they could developed separation anxiety or become “home sick” please remember they are sentient beings and have love, sadness, depression, anxiety etc similar to humans please consider them.
Second “therapy dogs and cats” are a thing. But it’s volunteers that pick up animals from rescues and brings the animal to elderly homes and walks to each room asking if someone would like to spend some time with a therapy dog while the volunteers are present.
Animals are not products: in stopping your video here’s . Maybe consider removing animals from your money making ideas (stoping at 6 minutes 17 seconds. ) Good luck I’ve lost interest:
