  • Yall, when I tell you I was HIT hard by the reminder to LET GO this week... BOY! Even as I write this, tears flood my eyes because so often we get amnesia. We go about our days and weeks, and then get hit with life and go on spirals of anxious thoughts and controlling behavior... Why? Because we're human and we often forget that there is power in radical acceptable and letting go. I hope and pray that this moment of mindfulness together reminds your heart that it's safe, it's held and it can in fact, LET GO.
