this doesn't help with the HP Envoy 6420e as it doesn't have a screen that states print scan copy etc it only has a few icons, i only brought as i was told i could scan to my computer but i don't how and it didn't come with any good instructions

@@HPSupport Oh, sorry. I managed later to scan to my iPhone from Hp Envy Inspire printer using software which I downloaded to my iPhone. It was just a bad internet connection so at first it didn’t scan. But when internet was improved I scanned the document as pdf. Thank you for reply.
