    Just bought this and used it once and now I'm getting a print carriage cannot move error. The print carriage is perfectly fine, and no paper jams are found. I just pulled this out of the box last week and set it up. Seems pretty fishy that these $179 printers go out pretty fast. Might need to get my money back on this.

    Brand new machine and it already gives an error!! Paper tray has paper but when I click on print it does not print, it reads "Out of Paper". It does not have a paper jam, and I've already reset it and nothing!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    There is no jam - the POS PRINTER KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THE PHOTO TRAY IS BLOCKED. IT IS NOT.

    Printer keeps saying that there's no cartridges in the printer and there is

    What happens if the machine is telling me theres a paper jam, and then I find a thin ribbon has dislodged from inside the printer, not the thickish one but the thinner one?

    It’s saying photo tray is blocked. Nothing is blocking it. Another crap HP product.

    The "Caution" bits should be shown BEFORE we are shown what to do. Not after.
    I moved the thing all the way to the right. Smh.

    My sister bought one of these and it will pick up printer paper but not cardstock or sticker paper anymore
